Only negatives included the host’s requirement of a refundable security deposit, as well as supplemental insurance through VRBO, and the host’s requirement of laundering all towels prior to departure to avoid an additional 25 charge. “We enjoyed all of the little sweet nick nacks and artwork scattered throughout the home. You get a real sense of a family home where lots of memories were made. Very cozy.
