This level opens directly onto the garden and a large terrace of 30 m2. Two bedrooms of 10 m2 each are located on this floor, one furnished with a double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and the other also with a double bed of the same dimensions. A kitchenette on this level is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and Senseo capsules for the coffee machine. A shower room with WC completes this floor.
