Una bonita comunidad ubicada a 2 millas de la playa. Dos habitaciones con camas queen, 21/2 baños, capacidad para 8. Esta casa incluye una cocina, sala de estar, una sala de sol con dos camas individuales. Los inquilinos deben traer sus propias sábanas queen, sábanas gemelas y toallas.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The two kids loved the bunk beds, and we enjoyed that each of the two bedrooms upstairs had adjoining bathrooms. The location was really close to Beathany Beach boardwalk.Rick was great to work with and was quick to respond.We recommend this place and would book it again

The condo itself was great. It had everything we needed. Would’ve liked a wash rag in the kitchen, but we brought our own just in case anyway. Nothing else we brought was necessary because everything was provided for us. The space/layout was perfect for our family of 5. The only thing we were disappointed in was the community pool. The kids weren’t allowed to do anything in the pool except swim quietly. We weren’t allowed to toss a small ball around and the kids weren’t allowed to jump in the pool. We could have dealt with that for the short time we were there except that the pool closed at 7:45 every night. We are evening swimmers so had to rush through dinner each night in order to use the pool for an hour. Property owner was very quick to respond. We would’ve given 5 stars if it weren’t for the pool.

The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The pool is nice. The house is clean and pleasant with a nice sunroom and pleasant deck. The house is a couple miles from the beach, but it is not hard to get there. It was a nice home base for us as we visited Assateague, Berlin, and Fenwick Island State park as well as the boardwalk and Bethany Beach.

Keeps Getting Better

We had a great time!

First and foremost, this property is very clean and organized! The beds are very comfortable, and it has everything you need to cook, and they provide linens, towels, and beach chairs/umbrellas. It is kid friendly, they have a high chair, roll out bed, and kids silverware/plates. Theres also a selection of board games. The owner is very responsive to any inquiries. I would 100% stay here again and recommend to friends/family

Happy with our stay

We were happy with how clean it was and the location. Owner was always super responsive to any questions we had! We would definitely stay again. There were 2 bummer things and one learning experience. The internet wasn’t very good, especially in the evening. So when I went to work at the lovely work desk provided in the master bedroom, I had to use my hotspot. Also the fridge was on the fritz, and we weren’t alerted until after we arrived. They did provide a mini fridge as backup, but it was in the counter so a bit obtrusive, but all understandingly so. The Repair man was coming the day after we left so hopefully that it all taken care of! One learning curve on our part was that we needed to provide all toilet paper and trash bags. Also, there was no dry goods leftover from previous tenants. So pack your salt, pepper, oil ext.

Great property

We had a fantastic stay! The host was super responsive and helpful. The community pool was wonderful. Great location and easy commute to the beach/boardwalk as advertised. Property was well stocked and I loved the artwork in every room. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Place for the Beach

Bethany Breeze was a great place to stay. The house was very clean and peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was just perfect for our family. It was close to everything we wanted to see and do. Thank you Rick for letting us stay at your house. It was a great stay.
