The photos are deceiving. The lush green yard in the photo is a barren wadteland of nothing but dirt, sand and a few struggling weeds. The water pressure was a trickle until Thursday. If more than one water source was on than one had no water. Call Vacasa and one was an automated call to check to make sure all the valves were turned on. Called again next day then soneone came out the day after the call and said it was beyond him. Another call and finally the day after that call a plumber came and turned an outside valve on. There was no water outside to rinse sand and dirt off. There were millipeds in the main floor bedroom and closet. Killed some nearly everytime we walked into either the bathroom or closet. The remotes for the overhead fans needed batteries and only 1 coukd be found for the upstairs bedrooms. For a house meant for large families (11 guest) the water was definitely a huge inconvenience. Had to stagger showers. Not enough presdure to use dishwasher or do laundry without making sure no one rlse needed a shower or use thr bathrooms. Have sent messages and called Vacasa several times and wsiying to here is dome type of refund is forthcoming. We we told they needed to talk to home owner about a refund. Why? Obviously he was under contract with tbe resonable assumptions that yhere eould be water for our use. That was not provided. It was pictured that there was grass which there was not. We as guest renters can asdume a house is bug free which
