Very convenient location for the Ironman triathlon. Property was clean and easy to find. Overall the property worked out well. Things to improve: lighting makes it dark and the shower didn’t drain well so we took showers in standing water. Check-in was easy.

Frankfort rental

The place was clean and as advertised. Uncomfortable beds. Very tired on the exterior. No flower beds, crumbling brick. Worst looking house on the street. Can’t go over 3 stars. Not a good value.

Frankfort!

Jean is amazing. We have an adult son with a disability who uses a wheelchair. So our car is packed traveling 7 hours to Frankfort. She allowed us to drop off many of our things in the garage before check in so we could get Scott's chair out easier. The rental is centrally located close to the lake & town. Also the house was very clean! We will definitely rent this home again. Thank You! The Keener's

Nice quiet location in Frankfort

This spacious three bedroom home was perfect for two grandparents traveling with two grandchildren. Nice yard for the kids to play in. The home is located on a quiet street, but an easy, short distance from the heart of Frankfort and Lake Michigan. And Frankfort, Michigan with its restaurants and the public beach plus the surrounding area is a hidden gem!!

Frankfort in August

We love the area and the home was very convenient to downtown, the beach, and so many other favorite experiences in the area. The house itself was quiet and comfortable and well suited to our needs for a group of six. We loved the firepit! It's a stretch to see the place working for a party of eight as suggested, and there is only one pull-out couch not two as mentioned. Didn't affect us much but want others to know. Thanks to Jean at Agape for making it easy for us!

Cozy home!

Perfect home for families to stay and make a “home base” for day trips in the area or to enjoy the town and beach within walking distance. Everything was clean and as advertised, great communication! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice place!

The house was clean. The neighborhood was quiet. I lost track of time on the way there and the manager reached out with the door code, so getting into the house was easy. My only complaint would be that the beds have seen better days. They are kind of squishy and sink in the middle. It was a great place to stay with an easy drive to two lighthouses and several beaches. I would stay there again.

Great up north vacation

This was a great place to stay. The house was very nice. I really liked the deck and backyard. The deck and backyard gave me a very relaxing up north feeling. It was an easy drive to downtown Frankfort and Lake Michigan. It was also a very easy short drive to Sleeping Bear National Park. I would love to return to Frankfort on another up north vacation.

Week Stay at Maple Cottage

The property manager, Jean was fantastic! She was readily available to answer questions and arrange for repair service within 24 hours (leak under kitchen sink). The ranch style cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood and is within walking distance to town. It requires the ability to walk down/up a steep winding hill, but there is an off road path. The kitchen is stocked fairly well with dishes, cutlery, and cookware. The back yard is shaded with a ground level deck. A gas grill is available for use. Plenty of room for dogs to roam. Plenty of clean towels, linens, etc available for use. The house does not have an air conditioner, but it is rarely needed. The major drawback of the cottage is the poor condition of the mattresses in each of the three bedrooms. The two queen mattresses are both well used, forming places that sink, making a good nights sleep impossible. The two twin mattresses do not have any box springs (it is a trundle bed), making it very difficult for an adult to sleep comfortably. Please note that the overall rating of 2 stars is only due to the condition of all of the mattresses (causing back pain and lack of sleep). If the mattresses had been adequate, the overall rating would easily have been 5 stars.

Lovely getaway

This space was perfect for our family of teenagers and dog. Enough space for everyone in a quiet neighborhood, very very clean, and a seamless check-in and check-out process. Our host made us feel welcome and the space was well appointed with sheets and towels. Definitely would stay here again.
