It's amazing hotel, very good installations and the personal have a very good attention and service attitude. The facility are really very good, and a lot touristic place are very close. The Train station are at less of 100 Mts. I will come back.

Excelente opción junto a la estación
Hotel junto a la estación central de trenes y a 10 - 15 minutos caminando del centro. Habitación moderna y confortable. Cama muy cómoda. Limpieza excelente. Desayuno buffet muy completo (gran variedad y calidad). Opción a tener en cuenta en la ciudad. Si vuelvo seguro que repetiré.

Se les pidió me dijeran si ya había hecho check in mi hijo y no quiso la señorita, cuando yo llegue les avise a ella y su compañera que más tarde llegaría, por la noche cuando regrese a preguntar si ya había llegado o en qué habitación estaba, no quiso darme informacion

Buena estadía
Las habitaciones son chicas, el hotel esta correcto, a nosotros x el tipo de viaje nos servía estar tan cerca de la estación del tren, sino el lugar donde está ubicado no es lindo, pero si cómodo. El desayuno muy bueno.

El trato de una de las recepcionistas muy indiferente, nada amigable. Por otro lado, la host del restaurante (creo que era muy temprano y no era la persona regular) bastante grosera con los comensales. El hotel tiene ubicación perfecta por estar a 2 minutos de la estación de tren central.

I recently stayed at InterCity Hotel in Frankfurt from the 18th to the 22nd of April with a friend. Upon check-in we were warmly greeted by two of the receptionists M. Dorna and R.Shubab who asked for our booking. However, there was a slight issue with spelling my surname, which took a few attempts to get right. During this process, another receptionist S. Sandrich interrupted us in a rude and unprofessional manner, demanding our passports without any prior indication. Her tone was direct and impolite, which caught us off guard. We responded calmly but expressed our discomfort with her approach. Her subsequent remark, implying that her behaviour could be worse, was completely unacceptable for a customer-facing role especially in hospitality. She left without apologising or even making eye contact with us. The initial receptionist M. Dorna tried to defuse the situation with extra friendliness and apologised for her colleague’s behaviour, citing a difficult previous customer. However, we found this unprofessional and not an excuse for rude conduct. We informed them that we would like to speak to a manager to address this and we will also leave a review about our experience. Aside from the incident, the hotel’s location next to the train station was convenient for travel from and to the airport, and neighbouring cities. Our stay at The Inter City hotel was excellent: the location was ideal in terms if getting back and forth to the train. Also a lovely walking distance to the River Main paths and parkway. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff welcoming and helpful. The homeless people around the station may be unsettling for some people

The hotel and staff were wonderful! Our room was only setup for 1 person, and they promptly brought us more towels and pillows! The hotel is very clean! The breakfast buffet was amazing! Don’t skip their breakfast

The hotel is well sound proofed, they provide a coffee machine and bottled water in the room along with a clean comfortable place to sleep. The area around the station is a bit rough however the passage way from platform 1 means it’s just a quick crosswalk away form your train.

Very clean and we had a restful and quiet sleep. The beds are truly comfortable. We were taking a train the next morning and the station was right across the street. The only downside is that there are not a lot of dining options in the immediate area. We ordered a pizza at the hotel restaurant and it was definitely Dr. Oakers. Our server was very nice though. I would do some research to find a better restaurant in the area. All in all, a nice stay! Hotel Har

Toll gelegenes Hotel, direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Wir haben vor unsere Asienreise dort übernachtet . Das Frühstück kann ich leider nicht bewerten, da wir schon früh zum Flughafen mussten.

Location is great. The room was clean, quite big and very nice painted, however without any feeling like to be in the hotel. No coffee/ tea facilities, no paper tissue. Very ascetic view like somebody already moved out all the staff and allowed you use the double bed with small pillow and tiny blanket. During my check-out nobody in the reception was asking me about how was my stay.
