Mágnifico para estar cerca del aeropuerto, especialmente si sales de la Terminal 2. El hotel tiene shuttle gratis a las dos terminales las 24 horas.

Bonito y moderno hotel, cercano al aeropuerto de FRA. Llegamos en metro, pero al no haber buena señalización y/o instrucciones para llegar por ese medio, fue un poco difícil; hay que agregar que la estación estaba en reparación, así como los alrededores de ésta.

I love this chain. It has the feeling of a luxury hotel without the high rates. Breakfast buffet is amazing. They upgrade me to a nice Executive room that was very comfortable. Attention to detail is also a plus.

La señora que cocinaba en él área del huevo fue sumamente grosera, me arrebató la cuchara, trate de ser paciente y después me ignoró cuando le pedí leche de soya y me dijo “va a tardar mucho, no la esperes” y cuando volví a ir me arrebató mi plato. Fue sumamente grosera de verdad.

How about when you have waited in line to check in for over 15 minutes, behind 2 people, and a new staff member comes on and takes the last person who walked in.. long after you got there? You deseratley need a restful night, and the halls and room smell lime Body Odor, not yours. Then there is not a drop of HOT WATER.

Really like the proximity to the airport and free shuttle. Nice hotel, good food, excellent service. My first time stays at VIP part and was excellent, second time in standard room and the mattress was kind of hard and not as comfortable. Overall it is a nice hotel for an overnight stay.
