“What a delightful place - we stayed here for roughly a week as we moved our daughter into a downtown Dayton apartment and we could not have been happier! The location was ideal and everything was clean and exactly as described. Lots of wonderful attention to detail and respect for guest comfort and the house itself is absolutely charming. Would not hesitate to book again - thanks for everything!!”

“Our adult family of 7 stayed at this lovely river home. The location was perfect for us. It was quiet, and even larger inside than we exoected feom ohotos. The home had been upgaded from photos online. Two beautiful bathrooms and all 4 bedrooms had big beds in them. There was plenty of soace for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs. We would highly recommend and stay again!! ”

“The space was really cool! The decor was amazing and everything was as described in the listing. There was a slight smell upon walking into the house, but it only was noticeable in the kitchen. Certainly not strong enough of an odor to not stay there, just an observation. This still gets five stars.”
