“This entire complex is very old and tired looking from the outside. Built in the 70s, it could use some TLC for the buildings and landscaping to improve the grounds. The clubhouse is small for the number of units it serves. This particular unit was comfortable on the inside except for the heat. Even at 8500 feet, it gets warm during the day in the summer. This unit has limited ventilation to let in cooler evening air. Since it is on the first floor, it doesn't make sense to keep the screen...

“Great location, great views, wonderful neighbors and very clean. We did have an issue with the tv, however, the management company was contacted and made aware for future guests. The dumpster has a lock on it, but the neighbors were able to provide a key at one point. The VRBO provided most of the basic necessities and was extremely accommodating. We highly recommend this stay!”

“Overall, it was a very good unit and I would be happy to stay there again sometime. You can see beautiful mountains from the back balcony. The kitchen had plenty of supplies including a crockpot which we used. There was a big dog crate in the living room which was nice. The biggest negatives were 1) the front porch light wasn’t working so it was very dark at night when trying to go in and out, and 2) I wish they would include something about the stairs up to the unit being rugged metal steps in...
