The house was GREAT. Had everything we needed. It was clean, beds were comfortable and furnishings were all very nice. Kitchen was stocked with nice pots and pans (this is not always the case) and nice knives and cooking utensils (also, not usually the case). They even had dog treats! Our dog was very appreciative. Check in was super simple, as was check-out. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Summer Vaca

Our stay was very comfortable for a long holiday weekend with 2 families (6 adults, 3 younger kids, and 2 dogs). We all were able to spread out and have our own space/bathrooms when needed, as well as gather all together on the main floor when wanted! The house is thoughtfully and plentifully stocked with many items families may need (spices, cookware, Tupperware, pet supplies, iron, all kinds of towels, and children's toys/gaming system). The house was nicely decorated and the furniture was in good condition and comfy. It definitely felt homey. The outdoor spa was very nice, clean, and spacious. There was also a small woodland play space/fort out the back patio that was a cute surprise for the kids. The house was located in a beautiful neighborhood with hiking/biking trails and playgrounds, as well as located close to businesses and activities near Winter Park. We all really enjoyed our stay here!

Really wonderful cabin. One the the best stocked kitchen we have ever seem and we travel a lot. Kerry was a wonderful host, very responsive to anything we needed.We will definitely stay there again. Easiest five star rating I’ve ever given.

Great Spot

The property is excellent and has all the extras that make it easy for young kids. Very close to downtown Fraser and an easy quick drive to the mountain. We will be staying again.

Great long weekend stay

We stayed for a long weekend with our family and grandparents. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need for a large group. We also had the pleasure of seeing the neighborhood moose our first morning while sitting on the deck!

Luxurious Winter Park Getaway

We stayed for a couple of winter days with two teens. It was unbelievably easy to drop off our kids at Winter Park to ski and find relaxing ways to spend the day. The location is ideal. You can walk to town and browse the shops, including a fantastic bookshop, and then have lunch at one of the local eateries or breweries. It was nice enough in March to sit outside. Don't miss the hot dogs!!! The house was pristine as advertised, and it really is well stocked. We rent because we like to cook, and this house has everything you could need and not be frustrated by cheap kitchen gear. They even have good knives and storage for leftovers. We brought our own french press, but the coffee maker is for the serious coffee drinker - bring beans. Everything in this house was high-quality - mattresses, sheets, towels, hot tub, washer/dryers, boot dryer, even the artwork. The hosts really did respond within minutes to our questions, and they were very accommodating. It was truly one of our best rental experiences. We can't wait to visit again this summer!

Perfect Winter Park/Mary Jane House

Our family and friends stayed here for an amazing ski trip and the house was perfect. Every room, bed, and detail were excellent and we will absolutely stay here again when coming to WP/MJ.

Good Mountain Stay

Location a bit up the hill in Rendezvous gives a bit of a secluded feel, but easy to drive down the hill to town. The house was nice and a good stay for our two families.

Perfect family ski weekend getaway

This is the best property we've ever stayed at in Grand County and we are even hosts ourselves. The owners have taken great care to make sure you have everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked - oils, spices, and every utensil you could ever imagine. There's a huge TV and Sonos throughout the house. We especially loved the downstairs "game room". The beds are comfortable. The home is tastefully decorated with an eye for design. We'll be back!
