I like that there was a liquor store near the property. That made it bearable. The hotel needs a major update. It was better than sleeping in my car lol.

Fabric chair had mold all over it.! But what do you expect for 50 bucks? Sign said "Breakfast has been discontinued due to covid"

The place is not any close to what shows the internet, we didnt stay and end up booking another hotel closer to Harpers Ferry...when we got there first thing we noticed some couple doing drugs outside of their room, mentioned to the guy who attended us on the reception/office area, gave us the key to the room didn't even passed the parking as something on the pavement really hit the car..my bf got so mad when to speak to office asking for a refund all they said was put the claim on expedia Sadly the place is not at all what was expected we even thought of laying a blanket and doing a picnic is on a hill onside the road not at all as the picture on the expedia site Please reconsider posting real pictures of the places

The desk clerk was polite. The room rate was very cheap, so our expectations were low, but the online ad was misleading. It did not mention breakfast as an amenity, but contained a photo of a breakfast room with cereal and fruit etc. on the counter. When we checked in, there was a sign that read 'Due to Covid, kitchen is closed.' Our bathroom had not been cleaned since the previous occupant; there was fecal material on the underside of the toilet seat and a partially used bar of soap in the shower. The refrigerator worked, but the freezer section had no door, was iced over several inches thick. I admit, in the hotel's defense, we didn't request a change of room or make any complaints at the time; perhaps they would have given us a better room.

The bathroom was filthy as was the furniture. There was no wifi. The room smelled like mold. I actually left without a refund.

Do not believe the photos! They have to be years out of date. The walls had large hole repairs but the worst was the front door. It was peeling and cracked with inch large gaps along the edges. I was supposed to stay there with my 11 yr old daughter and neither one of us felt safe. The building is also right up against the neighborhood liquor store. I can't even imagine what it would have been like to actually stay there. My daughter started googling hotels to give me other options.

I wasn`t expecting much but this place surprised me in a good way the room was spacious and very clean the bed was comfortable and i slept really well parking was easy and convenient it felt simple relaxed and stress free

A surprisingly charming motel! The staff was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Parking was convenient, and my room had everything I needed. The hot shower and toasty heater made for a relaxing night

I stayed here while traveling and had no issues at all. The room was clean and organized. The bed was comfortable and the environment was peaceful. Staff made the experience smooth. Overall, a pleasant stop

I stayed here for a night and honestly slept so well. The bed was super comfortable and felt fresh and clean. The motel itself looks modern and well taken care of. Everything in the room worked perfectly, which I really appreciated. The staff was friendly and helpful from check-in to checkout. It felt like a relaxing and easy stay overall.

The price was low but the rooms were in terrible disrepair. There was a hole punched in one of the walls, duct tape on the bathroom door, tape wrapped around the bath faucet and the room was really dirty. The AC worked well and the sheets were clean and that was all I needed. I’m an Appalachian Trail thru hiker so I’m used to not so clean accommodations so it didn’t bother me so much but I would imagine it would have been unacceptable for most guests. The first room I was shown smelled bad and I thought it would clear up with some time with the AC on but sadly it did not and I asked to change rooms. The staff was very accommodating.

Oh. My. The WORST place I've ever stayed. All of this is true: 1. hair in the sink 2. balled up, filthy washcloths shoved into the AC unit 3. stains all over the walls 4. putrid cigarette smell 5. holes in the bathroom door 6. a live-in neighbor who banged on the wall and screamed the second I got in the room 7. a stinkbug infestation in the curtains and under the bedskirt 8. drunk live-in neighbors who chain-smoked I just left at 11:45pm and got another place. This place should be condemned.

This motel offered a comfortable and stress-free stay. The room was clean, quiet, and welcoming. The bathroom was well maintained and spotless. Hot water was always available when needed. The heater kept the room warm and cozy. Everything worked smoothly without any issues. I’d recommend it to friends looking for a comfortable stay.

When I checked in the attendant asked me to look at the room to see if it was OK. Bad sign .. the ceiling had mold that was sprayed over it. When I turned the heater on a borderline infestation of stink bugs came out from the curtains. The was also stained and worn furniture and the beds were hard as hell.

The photos of the property were incongruous with the reality of the room. The damage and lack of upkeep in the room strongly affected my negative impression of the overall property. Though the location is perfect for access into harpers ferry and c&o trail, and the view outside the room is awesome, the smell in the room and overall lack of attention makes the experience not worth the price I paid. Also, clearly, Internet has not been available for some time at the property.
