You also share a cozy 🔥 fireplace seating area — strung with string lights — with the neighboring cottage, along with beautiful walkways lit up at night time.



Guests also have access to the shared 🏀 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁, conveniently located on the property and set up for basketball, pickleball, and volleyball. It is easily accessible from the cottage and offers a fun way to stay active during your Hill Country getaway.



🐂 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀: our neighbor's beautiful longhorns are often seen grazing nearby — a stunning, only-in-Texas backdrop for weddings, photos, and morning coffee. Please do not feed the longhorns.

Hawthorne and Rosewood are private suites in one shared building, each with its own entrance and hot tub. The swimming pool, spa, event lawn, and game room/theater are not included.



Refundable security deposit: $300. Like a hotel, we place a temporary hold on your card for property damage; this is not an extra booking fee. If there is no property damage, the full hold is released after checkout.
