“The property was as described! The farm animals were well taken care of and very cute and friendly; the mini house was very well equipped. All in all we the stay was perfect. Would not change a thing! “We always love our stay at the Wild West 40! This is definitely the tiniest of their tiny homes, but it was plenty of room for 2 adults and 1 kiddo. The beds were comfy, the shower water pressure was great, and the kitchen was sufficient for cooking our meals. The critters outside are definitely friendly and we enjoyed feeding Stella and Sweetie and their calves carrots, along with Kincaid, Trigger, and the goats. The chickens kindly provided us with fresh eggs for breakfast!”
