Hard to find Unit (Use Coordinates given in email!) unfortunately I arrived in the general area which had no service- I had to drive to get service and call host which fortunately was quick to respondAfter entering, the home, I wasn’t able to lock the door as the deadbolt didn’t line up with the hole.We also noticed the unit was attached to the owners house (heads up - door is only able to be locked on the Owners side) The common space (living room kitchen) was nice and had everything needed as far as kitchen supplies go and came with board games (nice little plus) however, theres visibly a door underneath the carpet in the living room, which I tripped on before seeing (do what you will with that information)Then, most importantly to me, the bedroom door does NOT close, the door appears to be to big for the frame itself so there’s no way to feel “secure” in the home - quite frankly. Despite all this, the bed was comfy, the shower was nice, and the skies were beautiful at night.Again, take what you will from this review, transparency is key. Overall, it was a comfortable stay despite the uncertainties

The house is amazing. Spacious, beautiful and comfortable. Big kitchen and living room. Comfortable bed and enormous shower. Everything is so clean and has a unique vibe. The host is extra friendly. And the animals are so cool.

From the moment we received our check in info we knew it would be a great stay! Jeanette is a great host with a beautiful home. Incredibly clean and comfortable. At the center of some of the most beautiful views I've ever seen!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the bunkhouse! It was the perfect home base for us to visit Zion and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. The space was super clean and perfect to come home to after a long day of hiking and traveling. Highly recommend.

Even better than we expected

Very spacious and clean, we enjoyed our stay immensely. I should have read the detailed directions before I drove around the barn lot. My bad. Everything was as advertised. Would definitely stay again.

Vacation at Zions National Park and Bryce Canyon

The guesthouse was perfect. Clean and comfortable. We loved the big refrigerator to hold all of our food and drinks. We like bringing our own food and the owners here had all the kitchen utensils to make our trip excellent. Bed was comfy and I loved being able to visit with the horses and thought it was so sweet that their cats and dogs would greet us when we arrived. Thank you for your hospitality. Very comfortable and quiet guesthouse. Hopefully we can visit again. Jackie and Kevin

Amazing!!

One of the most beautiful stays in my lifetime. Woke up to beautiful views and horses (my favorite part)! Close proximity to Zion and even visited best friends animal sanctuary which was one of the best experiences. 100% would come back.

Cute Bunkhouse

The bunkhouse was great for my son and I to stay for hiking at Zion and Bryce. Zion was an hour away and Bryce was a little less than 2 hours away. Had a fully equipped kitchen so we could make breakfast and pack lunch before leaving for the day.

Spacious, clean and well-appointed. Easy drive to Zion east entrance. Bryce Canyon is also within a couple of hours easy drive. We were very comfortable at ranch.

Perfect place to put our feet up!

This space was clean, spacious, comfortable and all around the perfect place to come back yo from our daily trips. We visited Secret Antelope Canyon, Zion, North Rim of the Grand Canyon and Bryce. All spectacular!!!! This home away from home was exactly what we were hoping it would be and more. Thank you for a great week!!!

First trip to this area

If you are renting a vehicle and it’s a car this is not the place to stay we had a issue and actually got stuck from a place in the drive way! Shower was nice, kitchen was nice, outdoor space nice. Had some beautiful views from the front door! The apartment is decorated nice also!! The Carpet just needs updated, needs new pillows and the bed has to huge stains and I just want a clean bed when I stay somewhere! We actually only ended up staying two nights

Beautiful gem in the country!

An unforgettable stay

I spent 9 days at Jeanette's ranch with my husband and our two children aged 19 and 15, and each of us had magical moments ✨️ The place is huge, perfectly clean and well equipped with everything you need and more. Sleeping on the king double bed is like sleeping on clouds. 😊 The setting is magical, with the horses, the mountains in the background and the clear, blue sky above us. At night we were so impressed that we could look at the stars and all the constellations. Jeanette is a really nice woman and did everything to make our stay more comfortable. Now we are back in France and we miss everything we did, everything we experienced and everyone we met at Jeanette's ranch ... Thank you again Jeanette for all the magical moments we experienced thanks to you. Please hug the adorable cats for us, Shadow and the cute little kitten ❤️ Love from France 😘
