“This is a beautiful, well-maintained property with a great back patio. Property owners were instant in all replies and very congenial. The master bedroom noise from the adjacent highway was pretty noticeable but a white noise machine was provided. Restaurants, market, and coffee shop are all within walking distance; beach is a short 2-3 minutes away. Check-in/out were super easy. This was a very nice experience. Thanks for your hospitality!!”

“We enjoyed our stay in the Smith Cottage. Proximity to the beach was ideal. Restaurants, bars, coffee shops were all in walking distance.Grayton Beach is the ideal beach town. Kelly keeps the property immaculate. We appreciated the bikes, chairs, etc. for the beach and the cottage was stocked with books and games for a rainy day. We look forward to returning to Grayton Beach.”

“Overall, the house layout and location were perfect for my family and my sister‘s family. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean. I do have a few things to consider. The kitchen is minimally stocked. We do a lot of cooking family meals, and there were two pans to cook with, one of which was so scratched on the bottom I’m sure it was hazardous for our health. “Very clean. Lots of extras (cleaning supplies, laundry/dish detergent). Minimal negative that some of the finishes are worn, pillows are useless (flat). But really; might be the best VRBO we’ve rented. Location is perfect. Host could not have been more accommodating (I had booked the wrong week initially). Host was quick to respond to any questions. I would recommend this one (or any of the host’s three other properties) without hesitation. Can’t go wrong!”
