When we arrived at the rental, the lockbox was hanging wide open, not locked. Then trying to figure out which door we could unlock was not pleasant as each door would not open or was stuck, there are 3 doors to the property and not a single one worked/locked properly. We overlook and get unpacked....well the 1st night we get there the weather was unseasonably cold....the wind literally came thru each door, the furnace could not keep up and we froze the 1st night. The next day I contacted the proprty manager and was told a handyman would be over to look at the door situation as we could not lock our condo from the outside, I was then told the handyman fixed the door issue, which was untrue, nothing was done to keep us secured. Every dish we pulled out of the cupboard was either very dirty or broken, all dishes had to be cleaned prior to use. The wifi was "down" and we were told a handyman would be over to look at the issue as we could not watch tv without wifi and with it being so cold we needed some entertainment. The owner of the property ended up at the property for like 4 hours, come to find out the wifi account had been closed so wifi was not even available. We now had a strange man sitting in our living room for hours....nothing was resolved until the 4th day in, when I sent a mesage to the property manager I was ignored again... then the rain started and literally the water flowed right thru the door, we had bankets and towels down to soak up the water.
