  • 4 DAY MINIMUM ON HOLIDAYS, NO SATURDAY OR SUNDAY CHECK-INS. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS!!! VIOLATION OF THE NO PETS POLICY WILL RESULT IN AN AUTOMATIC $250.00 FEE. NO SMOKING. This two bedroom / one and a half bathroom home can sleep up to 7 people. Being beachfront you have direct access and beautiful views of the Gulf. This home is fully furnished which makes your vacation to Surfside Beach simple. There is a small washer and dryer as well allowing you to not have to pack as much. Sit out on the deck to watch the sunrises and the waves roll in. There is a barbecue pit and picnic table under the house for your use. You are only steps from putting your toes in the water! There is a minimum age of 21 years of age to rent this beautiful home. Renter must furnish their own paper supplies (including toilet paper) trash bags, cleaning supplies and laundry/dish detergents.

A great long weekend at the beach in a beautiful location. The proximity to the sand and water was amazing. The house was clean and comfortable.

The only thing we were displeased about was the washer and dryer. It was dirty, so I was disappointed I wasn’t able to do a load of clothes while we were there.

Great Beachfront House

Loved the house, very well maintained and clean. Dishwasher didn't want to close all of the way and wouldn't start but we made it work by propping a chair against it.

Perfect location

Great location. Great little house. We really enjoyed it. Even though there was an outdoor shower head, it would be nice if there was a hose outside to rinse your stuff. It’s important to include the fact that you have to make your own beds upon arrival. Renters pay a lot to stay there. The kitchen towels need to be replaced. We didn’t use them, because I couldn’t tell if they were stained or unwashed. We would stay again.

Only change I would make is replacement of the green hide a bed in the livingroom. It is extremely stained and dated. We didnt want to sleep on it. Good place for our luggage though.

The house is a perfect fit for a couple looking for a getaway. It is extremely well stocked with virtually everything you need for a long weekend. It's well down the beach from the causeway, so it's quiet, even on a holiday weekend. A short stroll on a path through the dunes to the beach. Thanks to the rental agent, we knew to bring plenty of mosquito repellant because they were out in full force that weekend! A comfortable covered deck from which to watch the world go by. I'm glad we found this place.

Wifi was good, a little slow at times, but allowed me to work without much issue.Clean house, instructions were good on everything. Underneath the house was a parking spot to keep your vehicle covered! Bring your own water, as faucet water had a smell. Even at restaurants, they provided you bottled water for a charge.We had a great time. Checkout was easy . Lisa was great

Disappointed

We had to put on our own sheets….put out our linens. ONLY 1 roll of toilet paper for 5 day!!!!! NO paper towels at all. Floor not swept, countertops not clean. Microwave didn’t work well. Not private beach…. Won’t rent again. BUT , the mgmt ladies were super nice. Not sure where the downfall is in the upkeep of the rental, but it definitely is not kept up to par. Not for the price they’re asking. Somebody needs to get in there clean that sucker up and get it ready for people who are planning a nice confortable stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I booked Casa Del Agua for my elderly mom and I to stay 3 nights on a non-holiday weekend to have a nice relaxing short vacation. The house is decorated nicely on the inside and we had all of the supplies we needed, but the overall structure did not feel very sturdy, especially in the strong winds (30+mph winds) we had that weekend. The high winds were rocking the house and the front door howled the entire time due to the wind. The first night my mom had a difficult time sleeping because one of the windows in the back bedroom did not have blackout curtains so she had lights shining through. The 2nd night, I was woke up between midnight and 3 AM from a group of teenagers two doors down partying on their patio which I had to call the Brazoria County Sherriff's department for twice. BTW, Surfside officers do not work off nominals hours so didn't feel very safe knowing that law enforcement was so far away. We were so tired at that point, we opted to leave early and forego staying our 3rd night. We also had an issue with getting the dish to come on the TV. A previous tenant had apparently switched the controls on the back and put the dish cable in the computer HDMI slot, which I figured out myself after they sent a repair person out who could not figure it out. Last, the windows in the front bedroom are a fire hazard. The large windows do not open and the only window that could open is blocked by the bed, so in a fire emergency, it could be difficult for someone to find their way out. So our vacation was not ideal, especially for the amount of money that we paid in off season on a non-holiday weekend. I spoke to someone at the management company about the disturbance two doors down and not feeling like we could stay our last night and they did not offer any type of refund. If you want to party and do not mind a lot of wind noise and disturbances, this place might be for you, but if you are looking to relax look elsewhere.

The house was just like the pictures. Easy access to the beach and perfect for a family outing. We didn’t have any issues with the house and it was great to have ceiling fans in the bed rooms. Appliances were all updated and overall a great rental.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Where do I begin! At first, lookin on Google maps the house seemed alittle small but once we got there we were mesmerized. It fit our family of 6 just perfectly. It was so beautiful and homie (comfortable). The location of the property was just right. Although we took our own cleaning supplies, linens pots, pans etc the house supplied EVERYTHING that you might need. Waking up to the ocean view was beautiful. Overall I can't say anything negative about the house or staff. Everything was perfect, too perfect I was sad to say goodbye.. definitely recommend this beach house. My family and I for sure will be staying again. Loved it ❤️
