We’ve come to Surfside the last five years and this has been my favorite house we’ve ever booked. Little details like soaps, sound machines and super clean made it really stand out. Plus it’s a 90 second walk from the porch to the sand. The beach and bay views were gorgeous and uninterrupted. Hosts made check in and check out simple and easy! AC works great. House is well built and well insulated. Great patio furniture and beach cart/beach chairs/ beach toys were so nice. Highly recommend it!!

We came to town for the weekend for a wedding and some besch time. This house is very well maintained and so comfortable. We were so happy with the little extras that were provided, especially the wagon and beach chairs. The walk to the beach is less than a minute and the views from the decks are beautiful. Management is very responsive and overall our stay was great! We hope to stay again soon!!

The property is in a great location and is close enough to walk to the beach. It has a fully stocked kitchen, and some extra items in the bathroom/laundry room just in case.Matt was very quick to respond to my questions and was pleasant to work with. We enjoyed our stay.

Great house and great location to the beach. Nice views of the gulf. Enjoyed sitting on the main and upper decks with my dog and listening to the ocean. Very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Seahorse Bar & Grill restaurant nearby, we did carryout and brought it back to eat on the deck. This was my first trip to Surfside Beach and I would definitely stay at this house again.

The best beach rental experience thus far, everything about our stay was excellent. From the location to the amazing most comfortable and relaxing beach house. Having contact with the owners who are local was a plus as well. Will definitely be returning in the future. Thanks for everything Lee

Our family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids ages 16 - 5) stayed mid-October and loved it. The house is well-appointed with comfortable furniture and beds in a great location. An empty first row lot directly across the deck makes for wonderful views while eating or enjoying a cup of coffee or tea on either of the two decks. Walk to the beach is short and easily navigable. Host was great with communication and making sure we had everything we needed.

This house is beautiful. Danielle was so polite and accommodating and quick to reply to any messages. The house has literally everything you need and RIGHT next to the beach. This will be our new go to spot if we return to surfside!

We booked last minute getaway with our teenagers before school started. The house was immaculate, AC we cold, beds comfy! We loved being able to view the gulf from the porches and being just a simple walk across the yard to the beach. It was perfect!

Our family loved staying here. It’s within very close walking distance of the beach, which is essential for a beach trip with young kids and all of the supplies you have to bring with you. The house itself was spacious and updated. We enjoyed being able to sit out on the deck and see the ocean. Definitely recommend!

We rent in Surfside 3-4 times a year. We’ve been blessed to stay at very nice properties. This house and manager has been the best hands down. The house is very clean. Very spacious. The owners provide all the essentials and more! Very generous of them. The location is perfect. Just off the beach yet just a few steps to the sand! Thank you for everything.

Three friends and I stayed here for a "guys getaway" weekend. To begin, Danielle is an excellent hostess who provides timely, accurate, clear directions and instructions. Her resource list is immense, and helps create a stellar experience. That is complemented by a wonderfully situated property that is modern, comfortable, cozy - but not cramped - and has nice modern features such as a "auto-checkout" for media assets and the applications on the smart TV. The coffee maker and other kitchen elements all work well. And, thoughtful inclusions such as mechanical white noise machines help create a more peaceful rest during the night. The location is wonderful, just steps from the beach, where we enjoyed two amazing fires with nothing more than cold drinks in hand, great laughs, and the sound of waves washing ashore. This is my "go to" spot, and my "count on" team with Danielle and her fellow co-host.
