Loved this home and really appreciated the direct text communication from the host. They responded almost immediately every time we had a question. Beautiful home and great for the family and grandkids. Very much appreciated the child gates on stairs!!

The house was excellent including being large for our needs, very nice quality of construction and ammenities(the elevator) including parking, beds/bedrooms, cookware, dishes, etc. The beach access was super and easy. The only negative was the lack of cable/dish television. But certainly not a deal killer. Our property manager, Tom Li, was super duper, always available,

We love this property. Have stayed here the last two years. Great access to the beach and plenty of space for four small families. Thankful for the lift! We got caught there on the last (expected) night by a Tropical Storm with high winds, high waves and high tides. Flooded roads kept us from getting out the next day and the property manager was very understanding that we had no way to leave as scheduled. We maintained excellent communications throughout the ordeal. Booked it again for next summer.

This beach house is awesome! Lot's of loving touches made it feel welcoming and comfortable. Clean, spacious and beautifully designed. Well-stocked with lots of extras (like sand toys, surfboards, spices, etc.). Gracious and responsive hostess. Thank you.

This was a perfect beach house for my family , their spouses and my 6 grandchildren, ranging from 6 months to 6 years. Lots of space, comfortable sleeping arrangements, super clean and just a few steps from the beach. The lift was great for getting supplies up to the third floor kitchen. Great stay. Great host.

The house was absolutely beautiful, it’s super close to the beach. The views were incredible. The bunkhouse room was perfect for all 6 of the grandkids. We will definitely be coming back again.

We have a fantastic time! There were plenty of rooms/ beds. The beds were super comfy and the entire home was very clean and well maintained. The view was amazing. We encountered a little tar on the beach but everything else was very relaxing and homey.

We took my wife’s entire family on vacation all 14 of us. The house and location was perfect for all of us. We never felt cramped and the house was laid out perfectly. We would definitely stay here again.

This home was perfect for our family ranging in age from 1-67. The home was extremely clean and well maintained. The kitchen was stocked with items that are easily forgotten. Everything was thought of including baby gate on stairs, socket covers, high railing on bunk beds, and kid friendly dishes. Bedrooms and bathrooms were well thought out and met our family's needs. Walk to the beach was easier than any other house we've stayed at. Absolutely perfect location with near 360 degree views. Decks had a great mix of lounges, rockers, and dinning set. We will definitely keep this house in mind for future trips to the beach!!

We've been spending a weekend in Galveston with our kids and grandkids every year for the last decade. This house is by far our favorite. Perfect set up for my three adult children and their spouses along with a great bunk room for the grandkids. The owner is very responsive. The house is beautifully decorated and generously supplied. Beach is literally around the corner. We enjoyed every bit of the weekend and would love to go back!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is big, beautiful and spacious. We rented this house as a group of four families. Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom, with an additional half bath upstairs in the living / kitchen area. The short walk to the beach was perfect with young kids. One of our families brought a golf cart which made transporting the heavier items easier, but we saw many vehicles able to drive and set up on the beach. We had one great day on the clean beach with clear waters, and on our second day, tons of dead fish washed ashore. We chose to keep our kids out of the water, but the house was perfect to retreat to and entertain. The lower deck is huge and has comfortable chairs. We brought corn hole and had plenty of space to play. We wished we brought an inflatable kiddie pool because there’s a lot of shaded space on the ground level to park and grill / play. I know, with a beach so close, packing a kiddie pool sounds silly, but Texas beaches can be unpredictable. If tons of dead fish wash ashore, bacteria levels are higher than usual, or waves are too rough for little ones, a kiddie pool is worth being considered as a good “just incase” item. The owners really did think of everything to ensure their guests are able to enjoy their stay no matter the weather. We communicated with Rebecca, and she is polite and prompt. All of the families felt like we hit the jackpot with this home, and we are already in the talks of choosing a return date!

The house exceeded our expectations! the bedroom set up was perfect for our grown children and grandchildren! the views from the house were amazing from all sides! I have rented a few houses over the years and they are always missing something - not this one! All details were thought of! Great communication with the owner! We will be back!

Everything is top notch! This home is beautiful, warm, luxurious, relaxing and just all around amazing! As are the hosts who are kind and responsive. They have taken great care in making sure every detail of the home is comfortable from overall finishes in the home to a fully stocked kitchen to plenty of bathroom towels. There is plenty of living space for larger groups. We had 4 adults and 5 children and had lots of room to spare. It’s just the right close to the beach with beautiful views. The lift to bring up groceries and luggage is a life saver. The decks have locked gates which is great for keeping children from wandering. We made some great family memories and definitely consider this one of our new happy places.

Great place, very clean. We had a family group of 13 and has plenty of space to spread out. We cooked multiple meals during our time and the kitchen was well stocked. Beach was very close, easy to go back and forth between house and beach. Host was very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend and would go back again if needing a place for a large group.

We rented this home for our summer family vacation and it was perfect. Twelve people included my husband and I, our 3 children and their spouses and 4 grandkids. Plenty of space and loved that we had 4 bathrooms. The Outside shower was awesome. The deck furniture was great on both floors. The Kitchen was stocked with everything. I loved the open living space and kitchen. All the windows showed the stunning panaramic view. We brought our own games but they had some along with plenty of books to read. The owners Gary and Rebecca were so nice and very quick to respond to any of our questions or needs. The home has amazing views and beautiful decor. Very peaceful and just what our family needed. The beach is just a quick walk. We cooked all our meals there with the exception of one night in Galveston. As they say the closest large grocery store is about 30 min away so plan accordingly. We hope to return to this beautiful home and make more family memories. Blessings to the Brandts for sharing their lovely home!

We have traveled to Surfside and Galveston for more than 20 years and have stayed in some lovely homes. This is a beautiful home, new and clean inside and out. The bedroom configuration was just right for our four generations. The kitchen and decks are perfect. Proximity to the sand is better than it appears in the pictures. Some of our family members are not strong swimmers, so we went a bit further down the beach our first day in the water. You can walk into the beach easily from the house, rent a golf cart or drive down to Beach Access #5 if your vehicle can handle the sand. About a mile up the beach toward the house from access #5, you are within easy walking distance of the house. We would love to return to this home with friends and family. If you drive to the house from Galveston, you need to pay a $2 toll on the small bridge at San Luis Pass. We were prepared but just keep in mind if you are planning trips to the store. Galveston will gave the closest full-size grocery store, but there are convenience stores closer to the house.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. We really enjoyed staying here and did not want to leave. It has plenty of room for a large group to spread out. It's comfortably furnished and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need. We had great communication with Rebecca, she responded quickly to all our questions. The large decks are great for hanging out and relaxing while listening to the waves. They have fabulous views of the gulf and the house has easy access to the beach. This is the perfect house for a family vacation. I cannot wait to come back.
