Our family of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids, ages 5–9) just returned from an incredible stay, and we’re already discussing when we can come back!What We Loved:• The House: Truly amazing and fully stocked. It had everything we could possibly need to feel at home.• Entertainment: There were plenty of games provided, which kept the kids (and adults) entertained the entire trip.• Location: The walk to the beach is super quick—only about 3 or 4 minutes—making it easy to go back and forth throughout the day.• The Views: Each deck offers stunning ocean views. Having coffee in the morning while looking at the water was a highlight.• The Host: Communication was excellent. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had.Bottom line: If you have a large group and want a stress-free, beautiful beach vacation, this is the place to stay! We can't wait to return.

Beautiful property with easy access to the beach. House was beached themed which I love, super cute rooms with many beds. There were so many fun activities and games to play. I’d highly recommend stay here!!

We enjoyed a relaxing vacation at surfside surprise. The home is beautiful and the amenities were great! Loved they had beach chairs to utilize. The shuffleboard was a blast! Highly recommend this beautiful home! Check-in was easy and Josh the host was very responsive! 5 days was not long enough!!

5/5 – Perfect Family Getaway!

We had the most amazing time at this beautiful home in Freeport! The location was absolutely perfect—just minutes from the beach and close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and quiet for relaxing evenings.The amenities were fantastic for our family. Our three young kids had a blast with the kid-friendly touches, and we appreciated how thoughtfully the home was stocked. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described (if not better!).We truly felt at home here and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this spot for any family looking for a fun, easy, and memorable beach getaway!

We rented this house as a quick get away for 13 people. 6 Children ranging in ages 10-17 and the rest were adults. The house was amazing, enough space for everyone and the games that were provided gave our kids so much entertainment. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. Will definitely be back’

Great Home away from Home

Overall great experience! House was as described. Even when encountered minor issue, the owner was very helpful in getting someone there for quick repair. Split AC systems worked amazing, great idea for temp control throughout the house. We didn’t have pets with us but I could tell it would be a fun place for them as well. Vicinity to the beach was not as close as we expected but far from a deal breaker. We will return, until next time!

Great time!

We really enjoyed the house. Pretty much everything that was needed was available for you. There isn’t a lot of storage space or a pantry for groceries but we managed and kept a lot of the dry items in the grocery bags until we needed them. Also there really isn’t an indoor dining table but again we managed and the weather cooperated to sit on the deck where there is a large table and chairs. I’d bring a cleaning spray or wipes next time for the kitchen. It’s nice to have the Kuerig cup and pot combo and if we had more coffee drinkers I would’ve used the pot(which takes grounds). Pods are available but glad we brought a box since there were only decaf pods available. Again nothing I mentioned was bad for the house or the trip just a few things we noticed that might help the next. The beach shed was amazing and we did enjoy our stay. The house is clean and new with amenities you may not find at others. There was a lot of attention put into this property down to the guidebook. Thanks for a memorable trip!

Family Fun Rental

If you are looking for a rental for some family fun, this is the place. The home is spacious and beautiful! Plenty of amenities too. Stocked kitchen with large table for big families. We had access to plenty of beach toys, chairs, and a wagon and it was just a short walk to the beach. We loved the shuffleboard, game console, and access to Netflix, Prime, and HBO Max. So much so, we spent more time at the house than the beach. Owners were kind and easy to work with. We will be back for sure.

First Time At Surfside!

It was our first time in Surfside with close friends that we often travel with, and we sincerely enjoyed our stay! The whole place was very clean and welcoming once we arrived! The house had EVERYTHING we needed, and then some, plus the decoration is wonderful! We all enjoyed our time around the fire pit and the grill! We walked several times to the beach because of the close proximity to it! All we would suggest is an electric bug zapper, but other than that, everything was incredible! And don’t forget to enjoy the entertainment games, because it was one of the highlights of our trip! Thank you so much for everything, and we look forward to returning!!

A wonderful place to stay!

The house was absolutely beautiful. There were games available, indoors and outdoor, great internet, the house had more then we needed and you could tell the owners took pride in the home. While we were all adults, this would also be a great place for all ages. The furnishing were lovely and we will definitely be repeat customers.

Last minute Spring Break Trip

Great last-minute quick trip! Our house booked at the last minute and spring break always begs for a beach trip. We had a wonderful time. Owners are great hosts and very responsive. The house is amazing with great little perks all over. Will add to our list to stay again. Thanks for a great time!
