In the evenings, wind down with a glass of wine by the fire pit and enjoy the beautiful sunset. It is the perfect home for snow birds looking for a winter escape or for family reunions.
The space
Guests will feel at ease when staying at this cottage on the Bay. Inside, the inviting living room features a sofa looking out to the spectacular view of the Choctawhatchee Bay. The open floor plan allows for views of the Bay not only from the living room but also from the kitchen and dining area as well. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything guests desire for cooking meals. The custom stone built in dining table is a great way place to gather and enjoy your meal with family and friends.

Cottage on the Bay sleeps 8 guests and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a loveseat pullout sofa bed. Located on the main floor, the king master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, a built in closet, and an en-suite bathroom that has a shower/tub combo. The en-suite bathroom is spacious with bright colors for the coastal feel. The master bedroom opens up to a patio were you can sit and enjoy the beautiful view of the Bay. The first guest bedroom boasts a king size bed, flat-screen TV, and walk-in closet. Draw the curtains to enjoy the spectacular view of the water. Down the hall, the other guest bedroom features a full size bed, flat-screen TV and closet. The loveseat doubles up as a sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements. A full bathroom is also found on this floor, featuring a shower/tub combo and is shared by the two guest rooms. . Private fenced backyard includes lounge chairs, fire pit, and space for kids to run around and play.
