The reception staff i encountered were so friendly and lovely. The room was spacious and clean, the bar staff were friendly as were the spa and leisure centre staff.

Very clean room, impressive building and a lovely pool with steam room and sauna.

The Maids Head Hotel
The hotel is good. Room was a bit noisy as we faced the kitchen fan extractor. Ear plugs were complimentary. Breakfast was good as well but juices not great. Good location in Norwich.

Olde Hall
Beautiful property and Hazel the owner even though we didn’t meet trusted us in her home and allowed us to sit in the lounge. A lovely stay. Highly recommend.
