The welcoming living and dining room is tastefully furnished and features a flat screen television and a hi-fi system, with direct access to a roofed terrace of 8 m2 equipped with terrace furniture and 2 deck chairs. The 1st bedroom is a large room furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a fan as well as direct access to a 6 m2 balcony fitted with balcony furniture. The 2nd bedroom is a children's room containing 2 single beds each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 set of bunk beds also measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and is also equipped with a fan. The large kitchen opens onto the balcony and is fully equipped for comfortable self-catering stays. The bathroom features a shower and a separate WC.
