PRIVATE: Mobile home for rent at a 4-star campground by the sea

PRIVATE OWNER is renting a recent (March 2020) mobile home, spacious at 34 m² (sleeps 4–6) + 20 m² terrace, located 50 m from the sea. The rental is for 5 people and 1 vehicle. For additional guests or vehicles, a “daily” surcharge will apply: €14 per person (ages 1 and up) and €5 per vehicle, payable at the campground on the day of your arrival.

- Fully equipped and furnished kitchen with dining area (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, coffee machine, kettle, coffee maker)
- Living room with a 3-seater sofa
- Wi-Fi (Osmozis rate at the campground)

- 20 m² fully covered terrace, well-insulated (can be enclosed on the sides with high-quality PVC fabric, ideal for off-season use). It is furnished with a table and chairs for meals and a small outdoor seating area
- Sun loungers / deck chairs

- Private parking on the property

FOR YOUR COMFORT
- Mattress pads, pillows, and comforters are provided (except for sheets and pillowcases)
- End-of-stay cleaning available for an additional fee and upon request

ON-SITE at the campground, you’ll find a restaurant-bar offering dishes and pizzas to take out or enjoy on the patio, as well as a grocery store with a selection of bread and pastries. The campground’s convenient location means you won’t need to take the car to get to the village or the beach.

ON-SITE at the campground, for your entertainment, guests of all ages will have access to:
- A multi-sport field covering over 525 m² (volleyball, soccer)
- A playground for children under 12
- An outdoor pool located right by the sea (open May 15 through September 15)
- Tennis courts – Ping-pong tables
In July/August and during the Easter break, the Kids’ Club welcomes children ages 5–12 for fun and recreational activities. The campground staff organizes sports tournaments during the day, and themed evenings are held regularly.

RIGHT NEAR THE CAMPGROUND
You’ll find plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants, and the town center is just a 5- to 10-minute walk away, along with water and land-based activities such as scuba diving, personal watercraft rentals, kitesurfing, sailing, fishing (Villepey Pond), nightclubs, etc.
A 5-minute drive away, you’ll find amusement parks (Aqualand and Luna Parc), go-karting, the Géant Casino supermarket and its shopping mall, etc.

RECREATION:
- A very lively nightlife, with night markets and fireworks every week (during the season)
- Boat tours (the Îles du Levant, the Îles de Port Cros and Îles de Porquerolles near Hyères, and the Îles de Lérins near Cannes)
- Hiking at the Rocher de Roquebrune, visits to Fréjus, St-Raphaël, Port-Grimaud, St-Tropez…

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Check-in is on Saturday starting at 4:00 p.m. (please call the owner one hour before your arrival) and check-out is on Saturday before 10:00 a.m.
You can rent for 3, 4, or 5 nights during the off-season and during the ROC D'AZUR period.

PAYMENT
- 30% deposit upon booking
- Balance due upon arrival during the property inspection
