Location, close to everything Current River related (especially Jolly Cone)! Comfortable, private, fire pit, grill, wi-fi, and excellent climate controlled cabins, (Eskimo’s in the group). Plan on staying here again soon!”

“This is a great property in the Ozarks! Although its off the beaten path, it was worth it. The property had roaming horses (6) of them. They were such a joy to watch and pet! We did not see the owners during our stay, but knew they were close if we needed anything. Over all the stay is something we would do again. I will say that we as guest vould ha e been better prepared for outdoor cooking by bringing charcoal and lighter fluid lol. We will be back”

“Fantastic property and the gravel bar was amazing to relax on. Interior was nice and perfect size for a family with up to 4 kids, the bunk beds are easily full size mattresses! Amenities were nice and sheets and towels definitely clean. The back deck is amazing for morning coffee or peaceful evening and having the smart TVs made for great evening activities since we brought our switch. 10/10 would definitely stay here again!”

“This property had easy check in. Basic kitchen facilities. WiFi was easy accessible and it was reliable. We had 3 vehicles and had ample parking. Quiet neighborhood while we were there July 31-Aug 2. We were outside most of the time so we played cornhole ( our set and host set) and our spikeball set.
