Llegamos al hotel, tenia reservada una habitacion NO fumadores, al entrar al cuarto el olor a cigarro era insoportable, por lo qur pidimos que nos cambiaran la habitacion, la resepcionista dijo que era la unica que estab disponible asi que tuvimos que cancelar y buscar otro hotel, solo me regresaron el deposito que por que Hotels.com me rembolsarian el resto y hasta ahorita np eh recibido ningun mensaje y menos rembolso.

The property is rundown, shower head fell off when trying to use it and bed had nasty stains. Attaching the Wyndham name too it made it sound like it was newly renovated and a good star location. Falsely advertised.

I travel with work I stayed here for the first time but I'm in the area often I got off work early cuz of rain and they charged me $10 for early check-in but then checking out they changed it to $15 there was no chair in my room there was breezes going through the door the towels were terrible and the homeless and the dog feces around the hotel doors was just terrible

It smelled AWFUL. We had to air it out because my kids were getting a terrible headache from the smell of bleach. It didn’t smell clean, it just reeked of bleach. The breakfast was great though and the staff was super sweet.

Some guy was sent to my room at night around 11 pm from the main office he was looking for some one he was knocking on the window and then the door really hard in my room was very aggressive and telling me to open the door I tried calling the main office at the hotel phone didn’t work so we call 911 he left before the police came we all got scared didn’t want to stay that night I ask for my refund and the front office lady was so rude to me and we just left

Room repairs.
Everything was okay, the bathroom needed some work. The towel rack was coming off the wall and so was the bathroom sink. Also there were no cups to make coffee or to drink water.
