The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house with a swimming pool for rent in Frespech. It has a floor area of 170 m² and can accommodate up to 7 guests.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
– A 37 m² living area with a lounge (TV, sofas) and a dining area overlooking the swimming pool
– A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
– Bedroom 1: a 26 m² en-suite with a queen-size bed (160x200), ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi whirlpool bath.
– Sleeping area (120x190 bed) opening onto the entrance hall, which features a piano.
– A separate toilet.

Upstairs:
– Bedrooms 2 & 3: each with a double bed (140 x 190) and a fan.
– A 20 m² workspace with two large desks.
– A shower room with shower and toilet.

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: a cot, a high chair, a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, three fans, and an ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
– A swimming pool (private, unheated) measuring 5 x 10 m, open from 1 May to 30 September, with a depth ranging from 0.90 m to 1.5 m. A roller shutter secures the pool and maintains the ideal temperature overnight.
