Our "House Deichkind" has a dream location, only 10 meters from the dike and about 50 m from the beach (dogs allowed!) Located in a quiet 30 km / h zone on the outskirts of a holiday home area in Friedrichskoog-Spitze. There is a Nurdachhaus, which has a nice living / dining area with satellite TV and stereo. There is also a fireplace for cooler days or evenings. From the living room a door leads into a cozy bedroom with double bed (200 x 160). Upstairs there is another room with three single beds. Up to three children find their own empire. The staircase can be secured by a stair gate if required. The living / dining area, the bedroom and the floor were renovated in 2013 and fitted with laminate flooring. The kitchen was completely remodeled in 2015 and has a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, stove with oven, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Dishes and glasses are plentiful. The 250 square meter plot invites with plenty of green space and a cozy patio for grilling, relaxing and playing.
