“Really enjoyed our stay at this quaint little cottage on Claytor Lake. It was very well equipped with everything you could need. The town was really close and Thee Draper Village was enjoyable. Make sure to visit Spinning Jenny Vineyard for the tasty wine and beautiful views. This was a girls trip but I will definitely plan another with the family. The host responded quickly to all my questions.”

“A beautiful mountain retreat that is tastefully furnished and well-appointed. Still has that new house smell! Wish windows had screens and could be opened and shade to enjoy the balcony. The views are spectacular-- even in the rain!”

“This rental was the perfect starting point for some hiking I wanted to do in the area. Mt Rogers (tallest peak in Va) is close by, as are The Channels, which was my focus for this trip. This place can easily host 3-4 people, maybe even 5 if one wants to sleep on the couch. The beds were the best feature, super comfortable, best sleep of my life. You do have to climb up ladders to get to them, they're loft style, but I'd crawl over broken glass to get back to them. There is a sink, a mini fridge...

“The home is absolutely stunning! Very spacious and beautifully decorated. The beds were super comfortable, too. There were so many little touches that made this home the perfect we can get away for a bride to be and her bride tribe to relax and unwind.Unfortunately, the weather was too cold and too windy for us to enjoy the fire pit area, but the theater room and gathering spaces were plenty large enough for our group of seven ladies.”
