Viajes a Condado de Frio (vuelo y hotel)

The hotel is clean and looks nice, however, I don’t think it’s worth the price, specially given that they overcharge for every additional detail beyond the basics: $40 for checking in before 4pm even if a room is just sitting there empty, and $69 per night for parking. Their inflexibility gives the guest a sense of hostility instead of a friendly welcome. I found the front desk service to be very mechanical, thus missing the human touch that any hotel, but more so a “luxury” hotel, should have. Even the valet parking attendants seem a bit aggressive. There are some details inside the room that are a bit run down (some furniture, the bathtub). I later stayed at a Drury hotel near the airport and the front desk service was much more welcoming and it is also newer and clean.

El hotel es muy bonito y con un ambiente muy acogedor.

We had a problem because the refrigerator wasn't working and we needed to store the baby's milk. We called multiple times and they just kept telling us that someone from housekeeping would come and leave us one, but they never came. They weren't clear from the beginning that they no longer had refrigerators available.
