Hermosa vista de la entrada del Atlántico y cráneo de terraza, sala de estar y cocina! Planta Invertida pone la sala de estar en la planta superior para maximizar vista al mar. Casa tiene cuatro terrazas cubiertas (una de cada dormitorio y uno en habitación familiar). Porche del dormitorio principal puede ser su propia gruta privado con bañera de hidromasaje y privacidad follaje.

Dos minutos a pie de tres piscinas de Cabana Club, restaurante, Salon and Day Spa, (nuestro punto de vista también tiene vistas piscina para niños) y el Campamento Fripp (de temporada, pero Activity Center está abierto todo el año), que ofrece artes y oficios especiales y actividades al aire libre para niños. Sendero hermoso está al otro lado de la calle desde la puerta del hotel y conduce a la entrada de cráneo-pier ideal para la pesca y la observación de la fauna. A Lovely Home

It’s an amazing location next to the Cabana club! We traveled with a 10, 7 & 10mo old. They loved the bunk beds and the master had a great location for our pack a play.

Great Family Vacay Spot

The house was beautifully updated, centrally located (near golf course, cabana pool, fishing pier, and short golf cart drive to beach), and perfect for our family of five. Beautiful ocean views, stocked kitchen, and a SIX-seater golf cart! The house is also located on a quiet dead-end street. We were thrilled with our choice.

We arrived about 1 hour early, no passes at guard shack, got sent to office and there did to not have club cards ordered or ready, got them at 11am next day (keeping in mind got to have to eat on the island. Great vacation spot!

This is a great property! We were just steps away from one of the pools located on the island and a golf cart ride to one of the many beach access locations (about a 5 minute drive on the cart). The beds were very comfortable and the home has been recently updated and is very nice! One thing to note, the number of relatively steep stairs that must be climbed to get in and then to get to the kitchen/living area. We had 3 older adults with us who had a hard time with all of those stairs and I wish I had paid more attention to that detail when we rented. Another note is the creative electrical work in the kitchen. The microwave is hidden in the pantry, however a light switch, hidden on the wall to the left of the fridge, has to be flipped in order to use it. The overhead kitchen light switch is also on that wall, it took us a couple of days to find. A map of how to turn on the lights would have been helpful. Another frustrating item was the larger pantry/washer/dryer location. There are doors there, but there is another door that opens in front of it with a prop on it to hold it open. With nothing to hold the prop in place and it was very frustrating when doing laundry or getting things out of the pantry as it kept falling down and all of the doors got in the way. Housekeeping may need to be reevaluated. Had to hunt down towels, no starter trash bags, bunk bed my daughter was in had crumbs in sheets when we arrived. Golf cart very dirty as well. Wonderful place overall!

Great Location + Extras

The location and views were amazing - it was so relaxing to have coffee or a cocktail on the balcony and easy to get to the cabana pool and activity center! This rental has some nice extras as well: the homeowner was wonderful to work with and the six-seater golf cart is fast with sturdy seatbelts.

Beautiful view, house needs cleaning and TLC

Positives: beautiful view on a shady veranda with comfy outdoor furniture! Enough space and beds for everyone. The golf cart is nice. Improvements needed: The house needs a deep cleaning. It’s dirty. The shower in the master has a spongy floor, as does the bedroom in places. We had to wait over an hour to check in because the cleaning crew couldn’t get into the house. At this price point, excuses are not acceptable. The family room tv has a pitiful signal and you can’t even sign into apps. We were finally able to use chrome cast but the stream stopped every 5-10 minutes. The refrigerator has a hard time keeping up, and the coffee maker leaves a lot of coffee grounds in the coffee. While the golf cart is nice, the additional luxury would have been well spent on other items.

Perfect place to stay at Fripp

We've stayed at several places in Fripp, and this one was our favorite! It was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. The deck was especially appreciated, as you could sit for hours and watch the tide come and go and the waves crash in the distance. Great communication with owners too! We would love to return in the future.

Comfortable house, great location!

We had a great stay. The house was spacious and comfortable for the 4 of us. While we had expected to find bathroom soaps, only hand soap was supplied. It would help to know what is supplied as remote as the island is. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. It would be helpful to have some sort of sticker on the sliding door, as we did have a run-in with it. We loved seeing the wildlife right outside our door and watching the tides. The golf cart is fabulous!

Perfect Beach Getaway

We love Fripp and this was a great place to stay while visiting the island. You can't beat the view. We loved having our meals on the deck while watching the waves. I would definitely recommend the house.

Excellent Fripp house!

We enjoyed our first time to Fripp and will definitely be back! The house is in a great location to the pools, beach and fishing. Good communication with the owners as well. The golf cart was an amazing addition that allowed us to explore the island and get to the beach quickly. We were very pleased with all the house had to offer and would stay here again!

Beautiful house with beautiful view

Location is perfect for families. Located so close to the Cabana pool that you can walk there. Also walking distance from the activity center. The view from the porch off the living room is fantastic and the house has everything you need. We will be staying there again. Loved it!

Perfect Getaway!

We highly recommend this lovely home. Well appointed, roomy bedrooms, amazing views and the most wonderful porch. The location is perfect - walk to the Cabana pool or take a short golf cart ride to the beach. Jenny, the owner is so friendly and accommodating. We will be back!

Jenny is excellent to work with and the home is wonderful. Having the golf cart was great and handy with a large family. Just needed to have extra towels, wash clothes, kitchen cloths and linens. It needs a good deep cleaning. Overall a great home to stay in at Fripp. We would definitely stay again.

Home away from home

The Brooks home is the perfect place to spend your time on Fripp. Location, Location, Location.....if u have kids or teenagers this IS the place to be. It has a beautiful ocean view, just minutes in the cart (which everyone LOVES) to the beach and just steps to Cabana Club and a fishing/crabbing pier. We couldn't have asked for more. Jenny is a super pleasant person and went above and beyond to meet our needs. We look forward to returning to Fripp and the Brooks home in the very near future!!!
