Hermosa casa en 10 Mile Creek!

Esta hermosa casa tiene dos cubiertas expandidas completamente nuevas con vista al río y Mountain View. Acabamos de agregar un HOT TUB para agregar más disfrute a la experiencia escénica. La casa tiene 3 dormitorios y 3 baños, uno con bañera. El principal tiene una cama king, baño recién remodelado y una terraza recientemente ampliada con vistas al arroyo. El dormitorio del medio tiene una cama queen, baño recién remodelado y vistas al frente de la casa. El sótano tiene dos grandes ventanas con una cama queen, una cama plegable, lavadora y secadora y una bañera / ducha en el baño. Este baño fue remodelado en septiembre de 2017.
Tenemos televisores en la sala de estar y las tres habitaciones. También le hemos proporcionado libros para adultos y niños, así como juegos y juguetes. Otros artículos para niños y bebés incluyen un pack‘n play con ropa de cama, mochila para bebé, vagón y una bicicleta para niños.
Le encantará nuestra cocina recién remodelada. Cuenta con un nuevo lavavajillas, enfriador de vino y todo lo que necesita para cocinar. ¡También tenemos una bonita mesa de comedor grande!

Disfruta de la parrilla afuera mientras escuchas el río. La cubierta tiene una bañera de hidromasaje, mesa y sillas y una parrilla eléctrica. Salta por el pintoresco puente hacia el parque Walter Byron con sus excelentes juegos infantiles y mesas de picnic. El carril bici pasa justo al lado de la casa y recorre Frisco. Las canchas de tenis están a una cuadra y Main Street está a solo unas cuadras de tiendas y restaurantes. La parada de autobús está a pocas cuadras de la casa. ¡Nunca querrás salir de este lugar!

Great Location

This is our second stay and will not be our last. It’s a great location, close to downtown and dining options. The creek behind the house provides for a great ambiance when relaxing on the deck or in the hot tub. And the split level provides a great way for family members to stay together yet still have their own space. Not to mention, the hosts are always quick to reply and everything flowed smoothly!!

A vacation we will always remember!

Kristen, the owner/Host is absolutely amazing. Communications were flawless. We had all we needed and more. The Hot tub was used every day multiple times per day. If the size of this house suits the size of your party then look no further! The house is amazing. 4 TVs! The lower level is like a hotel Jr suite by itself with a large bed, open area, sitting area with a sectional sofa, fireplace and Tv. Washer and dryer too. The main floor is the kitchen, dining, another sectional sitting area with fireplace and tv. Up a half flight of stairs is a large bedroom with a tv, ceiling fan and a full bath in front of its door. Up the next half flight of stairs is another large bedroom with ceiling fan, tv and full bath. Both upstairs baths have large walk in showers and the lower level is a tub and shower combo! Everything you need is stocked everywhere in every room. We had our son, daughter in law and 2 grandkids join us for New Year’s Eve and we cooked in the kitchen and on the grill out back. Dinner for 7 around the table and played games. The Mountain View’s are indescribable. Pictures do the mountains no justice. Come see it! The river flowing, the bridge to the park the complete environment is fairy tale stuff. Beautiful. We couldn’t have been happier. Best trip we ever had to Colorado. 150 yards or so to the bus stop if you want to use it for skiing. Main Street is at your finger tips. I hope we cross paths with Kristin and her property again someday. We miss it already!

Christmas in Frisco

We arrived in Frisco on Christmas Day and stayed the week. This was our 5th trip to Frisco, but first time during the Winter and first time staying in Kristin's place, and we couldn't have been happier! Upon arrival, we had a little trouble with the front door keypad, but we were able to easily get in touch with Kristin and get into the house. She couldn't have been nicer, especially given it was Christmas Day! Ten Mile Creek runs right behind Kristin's place, and the Frisco pathway runs right next to it, with part of the path taking you on a bridge over the creek that takes you to Walter Bryon Park. If you take the path the other direction, it takes you over to Summit Blvd, just across from Lake Dillon. Plus, it's an easy walk over to Main Street. Kristin's place could not have been more convenient! Plus, the mountain views from all directions, were AMAZING!!! Our family of 4 easily fit into the 3 bedroom house, and we could've fit 2 more people without any issue, plus, with all the couches, we could've even fit a few more people if we really wanted to. We highly recommend staying in Kristin's place, and we will definitely be considering her place if it happens to be available this summer.

Awesome trip!

We loved at the location of this property and appreciated its cleanliness and organization. The owner is amazing to work with and I would highly recommend staying here. This is a great location for hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, shopping, we’re just chilling out in the hot tub watching the mountains. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location for our Colorado vacation

Our family of 7 adults loved this home and Frisco. There is so much to do around the town! Biking, kayaking, shopping, and dining are within a short walk. The home had everything we needed including nice spaces for relaxing. Loved the hot tub and creek. We highly recommend the home!

Perfect Mountain Town Base Camp

Location, Quality, Comfort.. This one has got it.. Close to incredible skiing & hiking + perfect walking distance to Frisco main st. shops & restaurants. Tastefully updated with mountain charm - very clean home with a great vibe. Mountain stream in the back yard w/ visit from a few moose while having our coffee, great memories for the family.. Really enjoyed the home!

Could not have been better!!!

A much needed getaway for two families that needed to get out in the fresh air!! Kristin was so wonderful as a host, checking in to make sure things were going well, local recommendations, etc. The touches in the home are beautiful and the location is amazing!! Excellent Frisco Home

This is a beautiful home with an ideal location and everything you need to enjoy your vacation! It’s a short walk to Main Street Frisco yet tucked away with a creek right in the backyard. The beds are very comfortable, kitchen offers everything needed, hot tub and decks are amazing, and the living area is very comfortable with plenty of places to relax and a nice big dining room table. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks Kristin for the great communication and flexibility!

Great house

The house was very nice, clean and everything was in good shape. Very convenient to town. The hot tub with the view of the river was wonderful. Plenty of room for 5 adults and 1 toddler. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house and location

Great location to walk into Frisco and access to all the ski resorts and local towns. Well equipped and comfortable property - we all slept so well! Would love to come back in summer and enjoy the proximity to the creek.

AWESOME place!

Awesome place and outstanding hospitality by Kristin! Everything was fully stocked, including all three bathrooms. The entire place was immaculate and gave a family of 7 (including a baby) plenty of room to spread out. Great location and sweet hot tube!
