Annual Ski Trip Success!

Great property for our annual friend ski trip. incredible location, easy parking, & responsive hosts. we were a group of 9 and we had plenty of comfortable space. checking in and out was a breeze! would highly recommend if youre skiing breck or copper or if you want to check out the adventure park just down the rpad.

Great Location & Plenty of space

We stayed with 8 adults and the place was just as described, central to several towns to explore and we had plenty of space with the layout/rooms. Very well stocked and easy check in/out. Close to great restaraunts, explored Dillon, Silverthorne, Breckenridge, and Vail. Thank you for sharing your home in this beautiful area!

Frisco townhome

Beautiful home and perfect location. Kate was super easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Beds are comfy and one of the best, if not best, stocked kitchens we’ve used. We loved our stay here!

Fantastic rental!

Perfect location, beautiful wooded walk to downtown, nice neighborhood with easy access to everything we wanted to do. Kitchen beautifully renovated with absolutely everything you could need for cooking. Super comfortable beds, lovely interior and nice back deck. Definitely want to come back!

Plenty of space with bedrooms and bathrooms. Location is excellent

The home was stocked with everything we needed in kitchen and bathrooms. Great space and love the extra living space for the kids do hang out. Only issue was the garage was very small and could not park either car in the garage.

Wonderful property in a great location!

We had a great experience staying at Kate’s Vrbo.I was so pleased to find out that the house was so well stocked with everything you might need and more! We had 6 adults and two dogs and we had more than enough room to spread out when needed. We all slept very comfortably, everyone complimented the comfort of the mattress and soft bedding. The hot tub was a huge plus! I appreciated the host’s responsiveness and her hospitality to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. I highly recommend this property!

Condo is in an excellent location. Convenient to Frisco and nearby ski areas and towns. Well stocked kitchen. Hot tub is clean and well maintained. Great unit for a gathering of friends and family.

Great place to stay - everything as expected! Wonderful location in Frisco. The property was well stocked with all the essentials you needed and was very clean and provided plenty of room for our family. Would stay here again for sure.

Very well supplied with utensils, appliances, hot tub towels, bathroom extras, laundry detergent

Enjoyed the hot tub and large living room to hang out when it rained, walking distance from Whole Foods, Safeway & many other convenience stores. Easy access to marina and main roads (except of construction) Even with unusual rainy, chilly weather, we enjoyed our stay. Owners were very accommodating & gave one of our group an extra hour to stay & finish some work after checkout time. Thank you for your hospitality.

Great location and amenities

We had a great stay at this location. The owners were very receptive to our questions when we got there. The kitchen is very well appointed with whatever we needed (pots, pans, etc). The hot tub was amazing. We had a great stay here.

Summer in Frisco

Great location. Short walk to a beautiful small picnic area and lake. Easy walk to Main Street and the bike path. Loved having dinners on the patio that opens to a wooded area. It was also nice to have a garage for out bikes.

Stay At 75 Hawn Drive, Frisco, Colorado

This was a great experience....the condo is in a GREAT location for restaurants, shops, groceries, etc....Short drive to Breck, A-Basin and Copper...The hot tub was GREAT, located just steps way from the condo....All the conveniences of a private home, 5 bedrooms, lots of space...I would definitely rent this place again !!!

Perfect location with lots of room

This was the perfect house for all 11 of us. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking items as well as spices and oils. Brand new washer and dryer was great. Hot tub in the back was a hit with all the skiers. The pullout couch was the only negative- mattress was not the best. Otherwise beds, linens, towels, bathrooms were all perfect. Would definitely return.

Texans Dreaming of a White Christmas

This property did not disappoint. We had 11 people that spanned 3 generations. The kitchen was well appointed. As stated there is plenty of room to "escape" and get some alone time, even with this big crew. We were close enough to Copper Mountain Ski Resort to take advantage of skiing (for those so inclined) as well as tubing. If we the need for another place this large we will definitely book here again. I booked in February for a December stay. I had to contact the owner a couple of times during our stay and even though it was Christmas week she responded in a timely manner.

Frisco Family Getaway

We arrived at the vrbo property we had rented for 3 days near downtime Frisco. The first thing we were told is that the fireplace was not working...we contacted the owner but it never got fixed during our stay...a disappointment to all of us as we weren’t able to have it working while we were there and the temps outside were very cold!! Our first impression was that the condo looked very “tired.” ...the wooden floors in the kitchen were in terrible condition and the two chairs in the living room were very much over worn or used. There were a ton of towels, sheets etc. but hard to locate and not near some of the bedrooms/bathrooms. I could only find one wash cloth for the master bathroom...only hand towels and bath towels. The tv in the master bedroom did not work...we then realized it needed a battery! For what we payed for rent we felt like everything should be working and everything in tip top shape. I would not rent this property again.

Family Thanksgiving in the Mountains
