June get-away in Frisco
Very attractive, well-built and comfortable home close to town and I-70. It was also very well-equipped in terms of furnishings and kitchen appliances. The deck is extremely well located with a 1M view toward Mt. Royal out through the aspen grove which wraps around most of the deck. Property managers were easy to work with and followed up on our requests -- such as for trash pick-up (we were there 30 days). Only minor complaints due to lack of any drawers in master BRM for putting clothes away, a poor quality mattress in one of the lower bedrooms. And the noise from I-70 took some getting used to. But we closed windows and used a box fan to minimize road noise. The proximity to town did have an upside in that we could bike to Main St Frisco and the nearby Lake Dillon bike path. In fact the bike path access is incredible from the Windflower address and we got out several times a week. All things considered, it was an unforgettable month for us and we will hope to do it again at Windflower Retreat.
