“Very good.”

“I felt ripped off by the room offered after I reserved for a 'bay view.' The fault may be IHG's, or this hoteles web site, or mine, for being inadequately attentive. I'll describe what I remember and what I got, and let readers decide.

“The location is convenient, easy to get to everywhere. The train and metro stations are right there. A block away from marine drive. Some noise at night. The pillows are very uncomfortable, very bouncy, I hurtled my neck one night, and had to sleep on decorative pillows.the breakfast is good, you can order freshly made dosa, with potato, cheese or honey.”

“Good and spacious room, comfortable bed. Kind staff. Breakfast was varied and with minute-made omelets. Ideal location.”

“The staff was very nice, good location, walking distance to several touristic sites. The rooms need maintenance and they front desk needs to explain about hot water upon arrival”

“It's in Colaba which makes it super nice and touristy. It is an old hotel and you can see that.”
