“Adobe Creek cottage was a perfect stay and location. The home was very clean, had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated. The view of the Colorado National Monument was amazing from the front patio and out the windows. Perfect for watching sun and moon rise and set. If you are a golfer you can walk to the 27 hole golf course! We spent a day at the Monument which is a must see! “We stayed at this adorable house to visit the Moab Arches and enjoy the winner’s in Palisades. The beds are very comfortable and was the host even supplied shampoo, conditioner and body soap in both bathrooms. The house is a newer house and extremely clean. The game room was nice to have my husband, myself and friends had a lot of laughs playing the games. I would 100% stay there again. ”

“This is a nice property and location. After arriving we found the backyard had many foxtail weeds, which are very dangerous for dogs. I spent two hours removing the weeds, because we had our dog with us. The owner lists this as a dog friendly rental, yet when we reported these weeds to her she never responded.”

“We had a wonderful stay in Fruita. The home was very well set up for our stay, had everything we needed. The outside could definitely use some upkeep but it was a windy and hot time while we were there. We went ahead and used the broom that was outside and the hose to clean up the back patio and gave the furniture a good spray off so we could enjoy some morning coffee outside. We did not sit out front but definitely a bit cobwebby and dirty out of there too. I know without someone living there...

“Would have loved this place but the fire detectors started chirping at 3am. Low batteries. There were no spare batteries and so we got no sleep. Aside from this annoyance, the property is absolutely idyllic for a small group of visiting cyclists. We just got unlucky. ”

“We had such a great stay at Sapphire House! The house was clean and well-appointed. We all loved the game shed, and had so much fun with foosball and the vintage arcade games. Our kids are now obsessed with the games from our childhood (Frogger, Donkey Kong, Tetris, and PAC Man!). We also loved the proximity to the park and to Main St Fruita. We are already looking forward to our next stay. Thanks Mark and Devin!”
