Our property has beautiful views of the Colorado National Monument! It is located in the beautiful town of Fruita- home to mountain bike enthusiasts. We love the culture of Fruita and hope you can kick back, relax, and enjoy yourselves during your stay. Our property is equipped with a fun game room and is pet friendly!

Please note: We are a pet friendly property and allow up to 2 dogs per reservation. Each dog is $75/per dog to help cover additional cleaning costs. Please let us know upon booking if you are bringing a pet to ensure the reservation reflects the extra fee accordingly.

We do not allow smoking, vaping, large gatherings (4 people max capacity), parties, or illicit drug use. Maximum nightly stay is 27 nights. If you would like to stay with us for more than 27 nights you must book separate bookings with a gap in stay.


Our side yard has a bike rack and cleaning supplies for wiping down your bike if needed. If you are bringing your kiddos, there is a playground just across the street!
