Cozy Chalet
Great stay. Very easy to find and check in, very safe property off the road with little traffic and as it's a small neighborhood all the traffic is slow.
Took 3 young kids (3,3,8) and they loved it. The chalet is warm and cozy, two lower bedrooms and the loft which can sleep 3-4. the kids loved sleeping in the loft. There were plenty of heaters and a gas stove so the chalet gets nice and warm.
The screen porch was great with the hot tub and the kids were in it multiple times a day. The neighborhood is quiet dirt roads and we'd take the kids cycling down to the beach area and had fires out in the fire pit in the yard. It's only 15 minutes from Fryeburg or 25 from North Conway which has basically anything you could need.
Just up the road you have Hurricane Mountain Road and access to Black Cap/North Kearsarge and to the North Evan's Notch and all the peaks in that area.
The wifi is slightly slow but didn't really impact the stay, the kids could watch what they want, we could work, it was just slightly slower than what we were used to.
Certainly keen to go back. It felt very homely and we could relax and let the kids relax too.
