We did not meet any staff. We were guide to keys in the room and we left the room the same way. This was ideal for us as we were on a tight schedule for an event.room was lovely. Aircon on when we arrived was a blessing! Thanks

The cottage was comfortable and cosy, in close proximity to the Bathhouse. The fireplace was a welcome addition for a cold night.
