Welcome to this nice apartment in top condition located in Urb Don Juan with year-round open pools and well-kept gardens.
Carvajal is part of Fuengirola bordering El Higueron and Benalmadena and best known for the beach Playa Carvajal which houses some of the coast's most popular beach shacks including La Cubana, El Califato and Gecko. The train station which is only a walk of 280m away, from here trains take 3 times an hour to Fuengirola center as well as Malaga city and airport. There are also a number of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and shops nearby and the 8km long promenade which is 500m away.
When you step into the apartment you are first met by the bright hall with the black marble floor and the fully equipped kitchen on the right, here are all the amenities such as clean tapwater, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, micro and much more. Continue through the apartment to the left and the large living room opens up with a dining group for 6 people, fast WIFI and a Smart TV with netflix, youtube. Furthermore, you have a large balcony with incredible views of the area and the Mediterranean, here you have a dining group as well as 2 sunbeds. Both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds, with a double bed in the masterbedroom and 2 single beds in the second bedroom. All rooms are equipped with A / C which provides both cooling and heating. 
The apartment is also fully equipped with A / C in all rooms, WIFI, dishwasher and washing machine, smart TV and much more.
