This apartment is especially suited to guests looking for a relaxing, peaceful stay in a quiet residential environment. We kindly ask all guests to respect the tranquillity of the building, the neighbours, and the communal areas throughout their stay. Parties, loud music, disruptive behaviour, and excessive noise are not permitted.



El Higuerón is one of the Costa del Sol’s most sought-after areas, combining luxury, comfort, and tranquillity, while still being just a 15-minute drive from Málaga Airport.



The Space:

As you step into the apartment, you are immediately welcomed by stunning views through the open-plan living space and out onto the terrace beyond.



To the right of the entrance is the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, hob and oven, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. A separate laundry room is also available, complete with a washer and dryer.



The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living area, which includes a dining table for four, a comfortable sofa bed accommodating two guests, and a large Smart TV with internet access.



From the living room, sliding doors lead out to the beautiful south-west-facing terrace, which enjoys plenty of sunshine throughout the day. The terrace is ideal for peaceful outdoor living, offering both a dining area and a lounge seating area, as well as a modern gas barbecue.



The apartment features two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed, an open en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom also has a double bed and ample storage space. An additional bathroom is conveniently located between the two bedrooms.



For your comfort, the apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, a gas barbecue, and many additional amenities to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay.



Please note that this is a quiet residential community, and we ask guests to keep noise levels low, particularly during designated quiet hours and when using the terrace or communal areas.



The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and bed linen per person. To make your arrival more comfortable, we also provide a small courtesy set with essentials such as shampoo and cleaning products. This is a starter package to help you settle in, and guests are welcome to purchase anything additional they may need during their stay.



Key pickup is available at Málaga Airport at our service desk, providing a convenient option for guests arriving by air. Alternatively, keys can be collected from our office in Fuengirola Center.

The Neighborhood:

This is the perfect place for guests who value exclusivity and tranquillity while still being close to vibrant city life, entertainment, and activities. From the Higuerón Center — home to a well-stocked Carrefour supermarket, as well as restaurants and bars — a complimentary shuttle train runs through the resort, providing easy access to the beach, El Higuerón’s private beach club, and the train station. From there, you can reach Málaga Airport in approximately 45 minutes.



The 8-kilometre seaside promenade is lined with some of the area’s highest-rated restaurants on TripAdvisor, including Tablas del Rey, Mia’s Pizzorante, and Los Marinos José, which is also featured in the Michelin Guide.



Getting Around:

The apartment is ideally located in the Carvajal area of Fuengirola, making it easy to explore the Costa del Sol with or without a car.



On foot:

Carvajal Beach is just a short walk away, along with beach bars (chiringuitos), cafés, and restaurants. The seaside promenade stretches for several kilometres and is perfect for walking, jogging, or cycling all the way into Fuengirola town.



Train:

Carvajal train station is within walking distance and is part of the Cercanías C-1 line. Trains run frequently to Fuengirola town centre, Málaga city, and Málaga Airport, making airport transfers and day trips very convenient.



Bus:

Local buses operate regularly along the coast, connecting Carvajal with Fuengirola, Los Boliches, Benalmádena, and surrounding areas.



Taxi & ride services:

Taxis are readily available and affordable, and ride-hailing services operate throughout the area, providing a quick and comfortable way to get around.



By car:

If you choose to rent a car, you’ll have easy access to the A-7 coastal road, allowing you to explore nearby towns such as Benalmádena, Mijas Pueblo, Marbella, and Málaga with ease.



Whether you prefer walking along the promenade, using public transport, or driving, this location offers excellent connectivity for a relaxing and flexible stay.
