“We based our trip around this area for us it was perfect. We went north, south, east and west and did about 1000 Miles in 10 days.The Hoist was helpful and was there to shows in on the day we check in. He got rid of the old microwave and replace it with a new one and there was differently NO BED BUGS.The Accommodation was basic with the two rooms, the carpet was old but clean a little untried around the edge's. “Room in friendly couple's house. The bed was comfortable and the hospitality great. The exterior had construction in progress (new ADU being built), but not on the days I was there. Room had it's own bathroom and the neighborhood was nice and convenient to parks and stores. Ave. cleanliness--not great (bathroom), but not bad. Reasonable, modest accommodations. Easy parking.”

“Amazing low stress trip. The communication and booking process with the owner was so easy. You had your own access and keyless entry. The place is in a great location….. so close to the beach you can walk in 5 minutes. The Laguna Crest Winery tasting in a must to visit. Go there on Tuesdays and the owner is there with 80s rock and roll music. Don’t miss out on such a great place to stay in Newport. Thanks ”

“We arrived just prior to midnight at the property. It was difficult to locate. The grass was knee high and garbage on the front porch. We had no where else to go. The patio was dirty and unkempt. The instructions were to not wear shoes, keep the temperature at 75 degrees, not to flush toilet paper. We stayed. Mistake.
