The house isn’t a fantastic location and is well suited for a small family. It’s well equipped with all the supplies anybody would need for a vacation.If you’re there for a while, you might wanna bring your own toilet paper and paper towels as you might run out.There is an alarm on the back door to the pole area for safety and a coded lock on the front door and gate. Unfortunately they’re set to different numbers so it becomes a little confusing.The location is very close to Disney, perhaps a 10 minute drive. It’s in a neighborhood so there are also stores nearby. We would probably stay there again.

Pros -easy to get to and lots of restaurants just down the street. -not far from Disney or Knotts-lots of room for family-couch was comfy and there is an air mattress if needed-bunk beds are doubles so 4 children can stay in one room queen bed in bedroom 2 is very comfortable - water is really hot quickly- the salt water pool is very nice as well as the hot tub the atmosphere outside is very relaxing- there is a grill outside - game area in the garage- lots of different strollers if needed for children- beach towels in basket right by the door to the pool- washing machine with all free pods and dryer sheets for your use- bathrooms have nice showers and tubs and lots of conair hair dryers- gas stove in kitchen and good fridge and dishwasher - lots of dishsoap and dishwasher tabs- table fit four in chairs and had a bench for 3-4 more peopleCons-not sure if linens were changed because when you check out you are asked to start your morning towels in the washer and the towels from the previous guest were still in the washer. Easy enough to put in the dryer and fold and put away but then I thought, if these weren’t changed, were the sheets washed? Or were they just turned inside out (which is how they were put on the master bed). I’m trusting they were washed but…- master bed is a California king but it wasn’t the most comfortable for me. -thermostat locked - had to call to change temp- no place to hang towels- master bath sink had no stopper

Fab place. Clean with most needed amenities. Pool did not seem heated. Spa was nice. Ran out of paper towel and a couple uncontrollable internet outages - otherwise learned ins and outs of property fast. safe and clean. Loved washing machine and dryer access.

Family vacation

The thermostat was locked at 75 degrees which was too warm especially for sleeping. The neighborhood was not accurately represented by the one photo of the home. When we arrived there was a coyote in an adjacent home. Only one additional roll of toilet paper was provided so it was necessary to buy more. The property was definitely not luxury as the listing described.

Close to Disney, great for parents/grandparents

Our first time with our daughter/son-in-law, “auntie”, “Grammy”, “Pappy”, and two small children (20 months and two months). We selected this location due the proximity to Disneyland and the pool. Prefect for traveling with small children-well stocked for kids with “pack and plays” (we requested a second) and plenty of things to keep our grandson (20 months) entertained. The game room was used to play “fast cars” and the BBQ was also a hit. The checkin process was simple and painless and checking out was just as easy. We would definitely stay at this location again.

We loved it!

The house is very nice, and the location is great if you want to do Disneyland and play at the beach, but the best thing about this property is the pool/spa area. We actually chose to leave California Adventure Park and get back to the spa over standing in a 75-minute line to do Soaring Over the World so we could get in at least an hour of spa time before the Anaheim city curfew. No outdoor activities after 10 pm. It felt a little restrictive for vacation time but it all worked out well.

Fullerton Stay

Two noncohabitating adults and four teens was plenty - sleeping 10-12 would be very "cosy"Pool child alarm - annoying. Needs OFF - not just intermittent bypass. Neighbors must hate it. Ear piercing!

Amazing stay

Home was in a great location for universal studios, Knotts Berry, and Disneyland. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, Walmart, Costco’s and clothing stores. The home was equipped with all kitchen needs, bathroom needs enough towel. Rooms were nice, Beds were very comfortable. I appreciate most how clean the home was, as well as the outside and pool. We will definitely have.want to return on our next stay.

Disney Land Surprise

Disneyland Trip!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We were there for over a week on a family Disneyland vacation. When we weren’t at the park we were enjoying the heated pool, jacuzzi and game room. We’d stay here again. We loved how close it was to Disneyland.

Awesome location to Disneyland

This place was clean, the hot tub warms up quickly and pool was comfortably heated. Quick 10 minute Uber to Disneyland. We did our best to follow the rules, it wasn’t difficult since we were not back until late at night and would go to bed right away. Super nice having the kitchen and laundry while on vacation. We would stay here again.

Great house super close to Disney!

Our family enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and game room for our Disney trip! The house had everything we need and plenty of space for my Wife and two daughters. I would highly recommend this house and will be rebooking for our next trip to Disney!
