“Excellent localisation à proximité de la mer. Restaurants, commerces, location voiture et scooter à proximité. A 45mn à pied du centre ville, sinon taxi ou bus. Pour notre part, nous avons loué un scooter qui est très pratique pour se déplacer (et se garer gratuitement !!!) en ville et sur l'ile. Place de parking sécurisée dans une cour fermée. Pour les transferts de et vers l'aéroport, nous avons choisi Uber ou Bolt. A peine plus cher que l'aérobus mais beaucoup plus pratique et rapide. Hôte...

“Die Wohnung ist exakt so, wie auf den Bildern, alles ist tip-top sauber, es gibt genug Handtücher und Decken. Alle Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei, auch wenn die Spülmaschine schon bessere Tage gesehen hat. Aber es gibt eine, was für diese Gegend nicht so selbstverständlich ist. “If you want to be an easy walking distance to the market, the seaside, great restaurants, the cable car, etc., you cannot find a better apartment than this one in Zona Velma! It is a simple apartment that was comfortable and clean. Small kitchen for preparing simple meals. Sea view from kitchen window. Nice balcony with a pretty street view. I did not find the street very noisy. I would recommend this apartment for a great Funchal experience! ”

“The apartment is very well located, right in the center of Funchal. It has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, well equipped kitchen and good bathroom. The beds can be arranged together or separately, which is a nice feature if you are traveling with friends/family or as a couple. The check in instructions could be more clear by mentioning there ia a lockbox in the building reception where you have to enter the "door code" shared throught the platform. “Alles hat mit Eingangscodes funktioniert, sodass man keinen Schlüssel bei sich tragen musste. Die Kommunikation und der Service war gut. Hatten einen kleinen Defekt, welcher innerhalb weniger Stunden repariert wurde. Die Ausstattung des Appartements reicht vollkommen aus. Die Messer könnten erneuert werden”

“Great location and nicely renovated old art building. Highly recommend. Only complaint which has nothing to do with the apartment itself is that the airport transfer we booked at the end of the trip (through the check-in and check-out process of the condo) did not show up and they did not answer the emergency phone number. This left us scrambling to find a last minute option (Uber) . Not the best way to end a vacation.”
