Our Emsel accommodates up to 6 guests and features stylish amenities including a gas fireplace, Wi-Fi, smart TV, two bedrooms, and a sofa bed in the living area. Enjoy highlights like the spacious rooftop terrace and panoramic windows overlooking the picturesque Röblinsee. Unwind by swimming, sunbathing, or cozy evenings by the fireplace—pure relaxation on the water!



The living room offers a comfortable sofa, dining table, and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge with freezer, and coffee machine. A fireplace creates a welcoming atmosphere, while large panoramic windows fill the space with natural light. Air conditioning is also on board. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, plus a sofa bed for two. The bathroom features an indoor shower and toilet. The generous sun deck with Bimini top and seating or lounge furniture invites you to relax.



Check-in is guaranteed from 4 pm Monday to Saturday. Key return is at 9 am at the harbor master’s office.
