Excelentes pero se puede mejorar el desayuno

Buena recepción, acceso rapido y la habitación con todo lo necesario. El desayuno buffet es muy sencillo, pero para 2 días esta aceptable.

Was not bad, but could be better

The hotel looks new and is very modern. Staff was very hospitable and ready to help at all times. The only down side was that the breakfast was awful, with very feel options of western food. They did not have butter, bacon, cheese, scrambled eggs or anything you would except to a breakfast on a Hilton Hotel. Basically only chinese congee and soup, and three kids of fruits to choose from.

The Hotel room was big, furnishing new and well oaganised. The counter staffs were helpful. both my wife and me had the pleasant stay. good hotel.

Welcoming staff, sparkling clean facility

The staff members were very welcoming and ordered taxis for us, making sure our drivers knew where to take us, which is a big help since taxi drivers rarely speak English. The hotel was new and sparkling though not in a tourist area of Fuzhou. It is near the stadium. We did not eat breakfast there as we left for the airport very early the next day.

Relax trip

We were having breakfast at the cafe and one of the staff by the name of Miya Wu approached us to check how was eveything during our 2 days stay in the hotel. In fact it was jus a minor issue but she still insist tl help us. It was regarding the housekeeping did not refill our shampoo the 2nd day so she got the housekeeping to immediately replenish for us. Am impressed by her readiness to help though is not under her core of duty since she is from the cafe. Tks to such good staff. Reception counter staff, Devin Hu also helped us to arrange for early transport to the bus terminal for our coach to the airport. Tks for the kind gesture of also allowing us for early checkin

Nice hotel but a bit far from city centre

The hotel is quite far from city centre and some taxi not willing to go there. There is a shopping centre next to this hotel and a seafood restaurant within the hotel premises. No concierge counter at this hotel and the reception is not helpful to call a taxi for us.

Fantastic Front Office Staff

As foreign tourist who don't speak mandarin it is sometimes difficult. The staff isn't fluent in English but they go above and beyond to accommodate. They were incredibly gracious and helpful with everything we asked for. They are doing a fantastic job.

New hotel, clean. Staff friendly. A little far from the Fuzhou city center. Right next to the Olympic center. Hotel rates are good. I will recommend the hotel.

Very Nice Business Hotel

All the personnel are very please to help you even their English is not that good. The breakfast and dinner buffet on weekend are very good. I want to give special thanks to Fiona at the restaurant. This is the best Hotel in Fuzhou.

Great Respite

Our team stayed here for 4 days. The manager, Simon, introduced himself to us and gave us some great deals. He introduced us to all the rest of the staff and put on a great feast for us at the end of the stay! Best staff and treatment any of us have had in 40+ years of travel, no exaggeration. STAY HERE!

Hôtel tout neuf, très confortable. Le seul hic la clim ne fonctionnait pas. Un peu en retrait de la ville; très calme. Le wifi n'était pas des plus performants, mais par câble internet était très bien.
