“If you ask me, she doesn’t charge enough for this property! Kelly is absolutely amazing! The property is PERFECT! From the beautiful decor to the amazing trails, fresh blackberries, the cleanliness, the GORGEOUS horses, the baby goat and his mama, everything was just absolutely amazing!!!!! The little creek on the trail was perfect!!! We also ride motorcycles and the property was so centrally located that we were able to get a great mountain ride in every morning and never went to the same spot...

“The place was exactly what we needed. I loved that it was pet friendly. The host was very kind when we had to change our reservation dates at the last minute. The host was very quick to respond to questions. We left an item when we vacated the premises and received a message from the cleaners, and we were able to retrieve the item before we left tow. Overall a wonderful experience.”

“Beautiful place. Quiet location. Definitely worth the stay”

“It was a lovely home.”

“We had a great stay. There was plenty of room for us and the house was clean and comfortable.”

“Our family had an absolutely wonderful time at this location. The house was cozy, the amenities were lovely, the check-in process was simple, and our host was a delight to talk to. Overall, we really appreciated the proximity to other activities in the area and really enjoyed our stay. Thanks again!”

“The house is very spacious and clean with a Lakeview! Stayed 6 nights! Shane is a very good host and he responds quickly to any concerns you might! We have stayed at 2 other of his properties and had no problems! We are planning to stay at this and his other properties in the future! Good location to everything! Thanks Shane!”

“This property is located minutes from many fun things to do. It’s quiet and comfortable.”

“Wonderful place to stay in Guntersville. It is close to so many places that we enjoy. The house is amazing and was better than expected. This is the first house we’ve rented that had extras for everything. We’ve rented so many places around Lake Guntersville and this is by far our favorite. Beautiful all around! Thanks so much!”

“This was the cutest house with the best sunrise view over lake from the porches. We loved this stay, and so did our pups :)”

“The house is beautiful and has a lot of room to space out. The management company was attentive and answered all of our questions. We loved the view, and the location was great with just a quick drive to the store and restaurants. ”

“House was beautiful but not clean when we arrived. It was hot and previous tenant had window opened and return air filter out showing it needed replacing. Towels weren’t washed and bed not made. Bathroom sink had hair in it bc wasn’t cleaned. Other than all that, it was absolutely beautiful. Host put us in another home. It was bigger and very nice. But there was no iron/ironing board which was listed on listing and two Keurigs that didn’t work. We went to go buy new with no reimbursement or an...

“Great little cottage that covered all of our over night needs. Close to everything. Will stay again in the future when back in the area.”

“Great property right on the golf course. Very clean and had fully stocked kitchen and plenty of clean linens. Plenty of space and large deck out back. The area is beautiful and golf course is so much fun to play with all the elevation changes. Community pool was extremely spacious and clean. Michelle was a fabulous host. She went above and beyond to meet our needs and communication was great throughout our stay. Will definitely try to come back!”

“What a wonderful property for our family vacation. We had family members from ages 2 to 70 and there was something to do for everyone. The pool was our family’s favorite place to hang out. We rented a pontoon boat and spent time on the lake and we went to the trampoline park with the kids. Our host, Sam, was a great guy, making sure we had whatever we needed. We highly recommend this property.”
