“Room smelled pungently of mildew. When I told the staff they said they’d have to do a better job of cleaning. We left several days ago and everything in my suitcase, including all my clothes, still have that mildew smell. Quiet setting. Large rooms but had no way to air out except for a tiny window 18x8 that partially opened. Luckily it was cool weather. Pub was cute and food including breakfast was good.”

“Such a lovely welcoming B&B! Lovely lounge with roaring fire for guests use, rooms and beds comfy and clean, breakfasts are amazing, and host lovely. We stayed in the double room with twin beds - the twin beds are in a separate room, which is a great bonus!”

So friendly and helpful. They also had lots of games and toys and a garden which were great for the kids. ”

“It's a nice place, the room was clean and nicely decorated, it is an old building so you hear everyone in your immediate vicinity, so it's advisable to bring ear plugs as they don't keep any at the front desk.”
