A narrow singular access point to reach the rear parking creates a gridlock when the other unit's guests block access. Having to go knock and ask them to move their cars became a nuisance. The booking process and check-in process were excellent. The only drawback that I saw was that it gets very loud at night, with kids from the local universities walking the strip. “This was the cutest little place!! It was clean and had everything we needed! Location was perfect and bed was comfy. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because we chose this property for the outdoor space. The firepit didn't have any wood so we couldn't use it and the grill was a small charcoal and not gas. The outdoor furniture was as listed but it was covered with leaves n pollen so we didn't use that either. Other than that the stay was great and the owners were very easy to contact...
