Esta remodelada casa de Lake Lanier es el lugar perfecto para sus vacaciones en Lake Lanier. La renovación se completó en 2014 y el pabellón de cocina al aire libre en marzo de 2016. Situado en una enorme cala, esta propiedad frente al mar tiene vistas al lago desde casi todas las habitaciones de la casa. La casa cuenta con un gran muelle privado con una terraza para fiestas en una zona tranquila del lago en Gainesville. Siéntate a la sombra abajo o arriba y toma el sol.

Esta fabulosa casa en el lago Lanier fue comprada debido a las excelentes vistas y el lugar ideal en el lago. Es ideal para vacaciones familiares, reuniones familiares o incluso dos o tres familias que se quedan juntas. La propiedad está a solo unos pasos del muelle y el lago, y la zona cubierta de hierba se inclina suavemente hacia el agua. La casa es conveniente para ir de compras y restaurantes en Gainesville. Lake Lanier Islands Resort y el parque acuático está a unos 25 minutos.

Hay 4 dormitorios (ver abajo) y 3 baños completos y un medio baño. Hay un dormitorio en el nivel principal y los otros 3 están arriba. Dos de las 4 habitaciones se abren a la terraza de arriba y tienen maravillosas vistas al lago. Puedes ver a la gente en el tubo, esquiar o pescar desde la casa o el muelle y disfrutar del atardecer también. El salón principal tiene grandes ventanas con vistas al lago. La cocina y el comedor pueden acomodar a 10 personas cómodamente para la cena. Hay asientos fuera en el patio también.

WI-FI está disponible. Hay dos televisores de pantalla plana (servicio satelital); uno en cada piso.

En el muelle, puede sentarse y disfrutar del sol en la parte superior de la gran zona de fiesta o quedarse abajo para más sombra o pesca. Cualquiera de las ubicaciones permite una gran vista de las actividades del lago. Port Royale es la Marina más cercana; Balus Creek o Mountain View son las dos rampas para botes más cercanas. Si está interesado, tenemos kayaks y tablas de remo disponibles para alquilar.

  Somos una ubicación residencial y no podemos acomodar un EVENTO grande. Las reuniones familiares, parejas, mujeres maduras o grupos de hombres están bien y son bienvenidos. Si tiene más de 10 u 11 personas, infórmese sobre la idoneidad del espacio. Awesome views of the lake. We docked a boat easily and enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor space! The host was very responsive. We highly recommend and would definitely return.

We were in Gainesville for our daughter's wedding, and decided to rent this house with our friends. This is a great house with everything that we needed. The area is quiet, the dock is great, and the view of the lake is outstanding.

It is not easy to find places on lake Lanier like this one that has such easy gently sloping and close access to the dock. And a great view! It was also a wonderful lake cove location, pretty and calm and quiet. We never saw another neighbor. The house is laid out well and very conducive to visiting without feeling like you’re on top of each other.

Great location right on the lake! House was very accommodating, but could have used a bit more cleaning and spider web removal. Other than that, my folks had a great time celebrating a family milestone. I would use this location again.

A wonderful spacious floorplan, on an almost level lot. We caught lots of fish off the dock, and enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and grill. Property manager was helpful and attentive to any question. Would definitely return!

We were so happy when we found this home. On the lake, with a dock, and a nice easy slope down to the lake. This is rare as most of them have very steep lake access. It is in a beautiful cove that is just the right size. Not to small and not too big. It is on Flat Creek which is one of the better fishing areas, and the cove is deep out in the middle. Very nice area - quiet and surrounded by woods. We saw deer, squirrels, birds, ducks, geese. The only disappointment on our visit was that we didn't see any fish, LOL. We fished really hard from the dock but conditions were not good for fishing. There is a large fire pit and outdoor kitchen with lots of seating around. The house has an upper deck and lower patio also with great seating. Despite the cold weather we spent much family time outside.We loved the layout of the home. On the main (lower) level is a King bedroom with private bath, plus the kitchen, dining, living areas, laundry room. Perfect for our older couple as they had no stairs to deal with. Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms. One with private bath. The two other bedrooms share a bath. There is also an upstairs den where the family enjoyed games. We were there over NY. We had family in from TX and this home was perfect for us locals to spend time with them. We had our traditional NY southern meal at the dining table which seats 10. This table was also great for family card games.Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed and more.

This house was perfect for our girls’s weekend - there were 9 of us and we had plenty of bed and bathroom space. The view of the lake was lovely - enjoyed sitting on the dock in the mornings and afternoons - very quiet section of the lake. Saw 3 deer on the property one morning. Very well stocked kitchen - five stars!

The property was clean and quiet. Enjoyed sitting on the back porch drinking my morning coffee viewing the lake and listening to and watching the wildlife. Enough room for our family of four generations staying there. Communications with property owner was very good.

Day 1 was not good in that we were told we could check in at 2 pm, but shortly after the landlord/realtor arrived to come inside and take pics of broken shades. Then the lawncare crew arrives. Extremely loud and asking my parents to go inside so they can blow the grass they are edging around the property. This should have all been done prior to our arrival. I then had to clean a pile of trash off the shoreline, busted floats, alcohol bottles, a tampon....gross. We informed the realtor to be sure the grill was fiull of gas, it was, but it hadnt been cleaned in years, it took us an hour to take it apart and clean it before we could light it and then when we tried the stove inside there was no propane. The stove didnt work at all. The next morning we called the renter and they said they were aware the propane was low & switched the reserve tank on for us. That also should have all been done before arrival. Last thing we did not care for was that the renter said they own the house next door and it was vacant so her family decided to stay there & it truly felt as if we were being babysat on our vacation that we spent a lot of money for. The property is beautiful and this cove & dock are perfect for a great time on the lake. The following days were very enjoyable and I would recommend renting this gorgeous property, I would just ask the rentor to have these things managed better and ensure the rentee does not have all of these frustrations on day 1. arrival. s e

We have stayed in this home once before and found the home to be well maintained and perfect for our growing family. Ideally located very near where I grew up so that our family can use the spillover space at the rental to ease some of the hosting our Mom used to have to do.

We were a family of 10 (from 70 to 3 years old) gather for the holidays on this beautiful lake house. Property was clean and spacious, kitchen well equipped, the bedroom on the first floor was perfect for us, the oldest, while the youngest stayed upstairs, everyone enjoy the house and the beautiful backyard, nice firepit and very beautiful sunset. Location is great, very close to supermarkets, restaurants and church, but once you get to the house you feel like you are far away, in a very peaceful place. Good communication with the host, easy check in and check out. I will love to rent this place again in the future, perhaps in summer time to enjoy the lake.

This house and neighborhood really fit our needs. We always have a family Thanksgiving in Gainesville and this is the best house we have stayed in. The double ovens are great for Thanksgiving cooking needs, the half bath in the laundry room comes in handy too, and the big dining table was perfect for our family to gather around for the big meal. Joni was very easy to communicate with and the view on the lake was beautiful. Highly recommend!

This is our second year staying at this property to attend the Divine Conference hosted by Free Chapel and it was again, a wonderful experience and stay. Joni is a fantastic host and immediately answered any questions we had. The house has direct lake access, which was very peaceful because of the house's location. Sitting outside with a coffee in the mornings and a glass of wine in the evenings was so lovely and tranquil. We also took advantage of the firepit as we enjoyed the weather and watched the stars You will not be disappointed with the property!! Thanks Joni for a great stay... we will see you next year!
